The Mad Money Sweepstakes is sponsored by Motion Picture Distribution LP, Zoom Airlines and Town Shoes (collectively the "Sponsors"). The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 AM (ET) on January 7, 2008 and ends at 6:00 PM (ET) on January 28, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. Residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Québec) who have reached the age of majority can enter the Sweepstakes. There are two (2) ways to enter:

Log onto www.alliancefilms.com, and click on the "Mad Money" Sweepstakes Icon. Complete the online Entry Form with full name, complete mailing address (including postal code), daytime telephone number (including area code), email address (if applicable), and click the "submit" icon. Upon doing so, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes. All online entries must be received on or before 6:00 PM (ET) on January 28, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Closing Date").

Pick up an entry ballot while supplies last at a participating Town Shoe location in Canada, complete the official ballot by printing your full name, complete mailing address (including postal code), daytime telephone number (including area code), and deposit into the ballot box. All ballot entries must be received on or before the Sweepstakes Closing Date.
Limit one (1) entry per person or household address will be accepted during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of a trip for three (3) to Paris, France, including return economy airfare for three (3) on Zoom Airlines departing from the Canadian International Airport nearest the winner's residence that Zoom Airlines flies from, five (5) night's hotel accommodation as selected by the Sponsors based on triple occupancy, $500.00 (CDN) spending money, and one (1) $1,000.00 CDN Town Shoes Gift Card, good at any Town Shoes location in Canada. The Town Shoes Gift Card has no cash surrender value and no expiry date. Any unused portion of the gift card will remain on the gift card until the total value of the gift card is used (for example: if $900 is used for the first purchase, $1100 will remain on the card and so forth until the total value of the gift card is used). The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is approximately $9,000.00 (CDN) based on a Toronto departure. Actual retail value may vary depending on the city of departure, the destination city, the time of year the trip is taken and other variables. The winner and his/her travel guests must each have valid travel documents prior to ticketing and be legally able to travel to France. Flights are valid on Zoom Airlines only. Travel must be completed by June 30, 2009. The winner and his/her travel guests must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for ground transfers to and from the destination airport, and from the winner's and/or travel guests' residences and departure airport. All departure taxes (at the time of booking), transfers, meals, insurance, items of personal nature and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated as included herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her travel guests. Reservations will be accepted based on space availability, and must be booked a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the departure date. Blackout periods may apply. No frequent flyer miles will be available for this trip. In the event that the winner does not use any portion of the Grand Prize, there will be no extension, transfer, substitution or any kind of compensation provided. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable, not for resale and has no cash surrender value. The Sponsors reserve the right, in the event that the Grand Prize or any component of the Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize or component of a prize of equal or greater value, without liability.
DRAWING: A random draw will be held on February 21, 2008 at approximately 10:00 am (ET) in Mississauga, ON from among all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Closing Date. Odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Closing Date. The selected entrant will be contacted by mail or telephone within ten (10) business days of the draw date. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within ten (10) business days of the draw date the selected entrant will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly selected until such time as contact is made by mail or telephone with a selected entrant or there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first. The Sponsors will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant.
ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Canada (excluding the Province of Québec) who has reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides and who is not an employee of the Sponsors, their affiliated companies or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest organization or a member of any such employee's immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related to the employee or not). In these Official Rules, "immediate family" includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner or spouse.
GENERAL: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the independent contest organization with respect to all aspects of the contest, which are final.
