CONTEST PERIOD: The Contest shall run from 5:01 p.m. (ET) on Friday March 14, 2008 until 12:01pm (ET) on Monday, April 14, 2008 (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received (or post-marked) no later than 12:01 p.m. (ET) on April 14, 2008 after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.
CONSENT TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering the “Run, Fat Boy, Run - Win a Trip to London, England” contest (the “Contest”) electronically and voluntarily providing your personal information (including, but not limited to e-mail address, first name, last name, date of birth, mobile phone number, city, province, postal code, and daytime phone number) (collectively “Registrant Information”) you consent to the Sponsors’ collection and use of the Registrant Information to administer this Contest. In addition, by opting-in online, you consent to Alliance’s and/or VisitBritain’s use of your Registrant Information to:
(a) contact you to promote draws, interactive features and contests similar to the Contest;
(b) promote opportunities to subscribe to Sponsors’ newsletters and promotional clubs; and,
(c) notify you about programs and special events and automatically enter you into other sponsored draws and contests by the Sponsors (collectively, the “Additional Uses”).
You may revoke your consent to the Additional Uses at any time (without revoking your participation in the Contest or impairing your chances of winning) by submitting your e-mail address on the “unsubscribe” page at www.alliancefilms.com/unsubscribe.html or by writing to Alliance at the address set out in Section 3 of these Rules below, or by contacting VisitBritain at britinfo@visitbritain.org.
If you choose to register by mail-in entry to participate in the Contest, or have not opted-in to the Additional Uses, your Registrant Information will be collected and used by Sponsors only to administer the Contest and for notifications as set out in these Rules and for no other purpose unless otherwise required by law. Your Registrant Information will not be disclosed or transferred to any third party without your consent.

CONTEST PARTICIPATION: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. By entering the Contest, you agree to be bound by the Rules. In order to enter the Contest, and qualify for a chance to win the Grand Prize (as defined in Section 4 of the Rules) you may enter in either of the following ways:
a) Visit www.alliancefilms.com, click the “Contests” button, click the “Contest” banner, complete the on-line entry form with your Registrant Information and submit the entry form in its entirety; or
b) On a plain piece of paper hand-print your Registrant Information and mail to: “Run, Fat Boy, Run Contest” c/o Alliance Films, 121 Bloor St. East, Suite 1500, Toronto, Ontario M4W 3M5.

Only one qualifying mail-in entry per household address or one qualifying entry per e-mail address will be accepted during the Contest Period. In the event it is discovered that any individual attempted to enter the Contest more than once, all of that individual’s entries will be disqualified from this Contest. Mail-in entry must bear sufficient postage, which is the sole responsibility of the entrant. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means are void. Entries that contain typographical errors, are altered, tampered with, incomplete, inaccurate, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules, are also void. Proof of sending an entry is not deemed to be proof of receipt. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected entrants.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won, consisting of:
-Two (2) roundtrip, economy class Transat Holidays airline seats from the nearest Canadian Airport to the winner’s home which services Air Transat flights to London, England (Gatwick)
-a five (5) night City Package tour in London, staying at the Ibis London Earls Court Hotel (on a standard room, double occupancy basis) including breakfasts and airport transfers (to/from destination airport only)
-a one-day Hop-on Hop-off tour bus pass for two (2) people
A prize letter will be provided to the winner upon confirmation that the winner has complied with all of the Rules herein.
The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is CDN$4000.00 (the value will vary depending upon the point of departure).
