This contest is open to anyone who is 18 years and older at the time of entry. Employees of Arianne Lingerie, its agents, parents and any member living in the same household can't enter this contest. In order to enter this contest participants must fully complete and submit the contest form survey to Arianne Lingerie internet site by September 4th, 2007 at 11h59 p.m. (Eastern time). One contest form per participant will be accepted. One prize will be awarded by random draw to one winner. The prize includes one Erika camisole in black, one Agatha cover-up in white, one Olivia camisole in nude, one Naomi camisole in blue, and one Heidi camisole in white. The total prize value is estimated at around 300$ US. The prize is not transferable or convertible to cash. The draw will be held at Arianne head office, at 1655, de Louvain West, Montreal, Quebec, Canada H4N 1G6, on September 5th, 2007 at 12h01 p.m. (Eastern time) by using our server database system. The winner will be notified on the same day at 4h00 p.m.

Arianne will also send a letter in order to officially advise the winner. The winner has 3 weeks from the drawing date in order to confirm his identity and address. Once the winner’s confirmation is received, Arianne Lingerie will need their size to send off the winning garments. An Arianne employee will contact the winner to be informed of the desired size of the garment. The prize will be sent by mail in one shipment once the winner has confirmed his desired set size and shipping address. Agatha collection is available in sizes: extra-small, small, medium and large. Erika, Olivia, Naomi and Heidi collections are available in sizes: extra-small, small, medium, large and extra large. Arianne reserves all rights to cancel at anytime any collection, model or piece of its collections based on the availability of colors, fabric, size and styling. Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux of Quebec for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
