Official Contest Rules and Regulations

CONTEST DESCRIPTION

1. The “Take Time for Yourself Contest” (the “Contest”) commences at 9:00 a.m. (ET) September 1, 2008, and concludes at 5:00 p.m. (ET) April 30, 2009. The Contest is brought to you by Church & Dwight Canada Corp. (“C&D” or “Contest Sponsor”), distributors of Arm & Hammer Toothpaste.

ELIGIBILITY

2. The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the first day of the Contest Period.

3. Notwithstanding this, the Contest is not open to the employees, agents or representatives of the Program Partners (including their respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising or promotional agencies) and suppliers providing prizes or other materials or services in connection with this Contest (collectively, the "Excluded Individuals". This Contest is also not open to the immediate family members of the Excluded Individuals, and all other persons with whom the Excluded Individuals reside.

PRIZES

4. Book Club Membership Prize: There will be a total of three hundred (300) book club membership prizes consisting of six (6) $20 Gift Cards to Shoppers Drug Mart (“Book Club Membership Prize”). One (1) $20 Shopper Drug Mart Gift Card will be sent to winners each month for six (6) months beginning in November 2008 and ending in April 2009 in a card that also communicates the book of the month. Consumer can use the gift card to go to Shopper Drug Mart to purchase the book. Value of the prize is $120. Approximate odds of winning dependant on total contest entries.

5. Feature Book of the Month Prize: There are a total of three hundred (300) free featured book of the month prizes consisting of one (1) Simon & Schuster featured book delivered to the winners address via Canada Post each month (“Feature Book of the Month Prize”) with fifty (50) Featured Book of the Month Prizes each month for six (6) months available to be won

HOW TO ENTER

5. No purchase is required to enter. There are three (3) ways to enter for your chance to win the Book Club Membership Prize.

(a) Find a PIN (Personal Identification Number) inside a sticker on specially marked packs of Arm & Hammer Toothpaste. Go to www.TakeTimeforYourself.ca, click on the “Book on the Shelf <Enter your PIN to WIN The Book Club Collection>” Icon link and follow instructions.

(b) Find an Arm & Hammer UPC (Unique Product Code) Number which can be found on the boxes of Arm & Hammer Toothpaste. Go to www.TakeTimeforYourself.ca, click on the “Book on the Shelf <Enter your PIN to WIN The Book Club Collection>” Icon link and follow instructions.

(c) Mail-in: Print your full name, complete address including postal code, daytime telephone number including area code, on a plain sheet of paper and include one (1) UPC code symbol (or hand-drawn facsimile) from any boxes of Arm & Hammer Toothpaste and mail to: ARM & HAMMER® Take Time For Yourself Contest, 591 Grosvenor St., London ON N5Y 3T2. To be eligible, all mail-in entries must be post-marked no later than the Contest Closing Date, April 30, 2009 and received by May 12, 2009.


6. To enter to win the Featured Book of the Month Prize, sign up for the discussion forum and check the contest opt-in box that states “I wish to be entered into the draw to win the Featured Book of the Month.” Contestants who enter will be entered into each monthly draw from November 2008 until the end of the promotion in April, 2009. There is no mail-in option to win the Featured Book of the Month Prize.

7. If a potential winner is not in compliance with the Official Contest Rules and Regulations, the Contest Judges shall disqualify such entrant from the Contest.

Book Club Membership Prize: Multiple draws will be executed for the Book Club Membership Prize based on the table below. Over the course of three (3) draws, three hundred (300) entrant will be randomly selected to win the Book Club Membership Prize draw from all eligible electronic entries submitted through the Arm & Hammer Take Time for Yourself website by legal residents of any province or territory of Canada. For each draw, one hundred (100) winners will be chosen from the total entries at the time of the draw. Potential winners must comply with the terms and conditions of Section 10 in order to be declared a Book Club Membership Prize winner. All non-winning entries will be eligible for subsequent draws. Winning entries will be removed from subsequent draws.

9. Feature Book of the Month Prize: On or about the last day of each month, fifty (50) entrants will be drawn randomly from a pool of all entrants of the Arm & Hammer Take Time for Yourself discussion forum. Each person will be sent an email that will request their full contact information and mailing address. Potential winners have fifteen (15) days to return the full information via email to the contest sponsor representative or their prize will be forfeited. When the information is received, an email will be sent to entrant confirming receipt of the information and potential winners must comply with the terms and conditions of Section 10 in order to be declared a Feature Book of the Month Prize winner. If an entrant is confirmed as a Feature Book of the Month Prize winner, their information will be sent to Simon & Schuster to facilitate the book deliver process. Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery.
