ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to all residents of British Columbia who have reached the legal age of consumption of alcohol, except employees, agents and representatives of Maxxium Canada, Sauza, Remy Cointreau, thatsthespirit.com and associated companies - it's agencies - the independent judging organization and employees and contractors of the provincial liquor agencies, liquor licensees, their employees and members of the immediate families or of the aforementioned or persons with whom they are domiciled. No Purchase necessary.
HOW TO ENTER: Enter online at www.expect-fresh.com or mail in request for a ballot to “Cointreau Sauza: Win a Trip to Miami”, Maxxium Canada, #301, 611 Alexander Street, Vancouver, BC V6A 1E1. One entry per household, once per day permitted.
PRIZE: There will be one (1) grand prize awarded, consisting of a trip for 2 to Miami including airfare, 2 nights accommodation, $1000 shopping spree, and cover at one of the most premium clubs in downtown Miami. The prize will be awarded to a resident of BC. Approximate retail value of the prize is $4000. The prize is not redeemable for cash.
A random draw will take place at the offices of Maxxium Canada, on June 6, 5:00PM PST 2008 from all eligible entries received no later than June 2nd, 11:59:59 PM PST 2008. The first eligible person whose name is drawn, who has correctly answered the skill testing question, will win the prize described in section 3. The winner will be notified by phone no later than June 10th, 2008. The odds of winning depend on the amount of entries received.
Remy Cointreau and Sauza Tequilla and their agents reserve the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the event of unavailability due to reasons beyond the sponsor's control.
The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. Remy Cointreau and Sauza Tequilla and their agents are not responsible for any printing/production errors and may withdraw the promotion if such errors occur, without liability, upon notification to the designated provincial liquor branches or agencies.
All entries become property of the sponsors and no correspondence will be entered into except with the selected potential winner. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph in any publicity carried out by the sponsor without compensation. The winner of the prize will be required to sign a standard declaration, and indemnity release confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing the sponsor, their respective advertising and promotional agencies and the respective liquor agencies from any liability in connection with this contest or prize.
The provincial liquor agencies are not connected with this contest in any manner whatsoever, and are not liable in any matter which relates to this contest. Organizers of “Cointreau Sauza: Win a Trip to Miami" may, at any time, amend the contest rules. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these contest rules and the condition or explanations appearing on or accompanying an entry form for such other advertisements with respect to the contest, these contest rules prevail.
