Contest Rules

1. To enter and qualify, complete the entry form on the internet located here and confirm compliance with the contest rules by submitting the entry form online. Limit one entry per person. To be eligible, the entries must be received on or before midnight April 27, 2008, the contest closing date. No purchase necessary.
2. There will be four tickets to the Children's Festival Variety Show on Friday, May 16 and a CD, awarded. Prize must be accepted as awarded, has no cash equivalent, and is not refundable or transferable.
3. Winner will be selected by a random draw from amongst all eligible entries received by the contest closing date. The selected entrant will be contacted by email. The odds of being selected will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The sponsors accept no liability for printing errors on material distributed for this contest.
4. To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of British Columbia of the age of majority in British Columbia, and not be an employee of, a member of the immediate family of, or domiciled with an employee of Urbantrendz (legal name)., Vancouver International Children's Festival, or their advertising and promotional agencies. All entries become the property of Urbantrendz, who assume no responsibility for lost, delayed, destroyed or misdirected entries. With regard to informing friends of the contest using the email a friend email utility, the sponsor accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected email, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost of unavailable network connection, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a user's ability to participate. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the online portion of the contest if fraud or technical failures destroy the integrity of the contest as determined by the sponsor, in its sole discretion. By entering the contest entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decisions of Urbantrendz which are final. The winner will be required to release Urbantrendz and their agencies and representatives from liability with respect to the contest and the prize. An affidavit of eligibility and release must be executed. Winner agrees to authorize Urbantrendz to announce and publish his/her name in any forthcoming publicity, in connection with this promotion.
