THIS CONTEST IS OPEN TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS ONLY AND IS GOVERNED BY CANADIAN LAW.


To enter the contest, go to www.ifihadamillionflavours.com.Submit an original photo of your face only with a maximum file size of 2MB. If your photo is over 2MB it will be rejected. File format requirements:

Maximum file size 2MB
One of the following formats: JPEG, GIF, PDF, TIFF, PNG

Entrants’ Flavour Face Photo Submission(s) may be submitted any time during the Contest Period at the Flavourize your Face Contest Microsite. All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be entered in the random draw. Enter as often as you wish using the same or a unique photo but limit one entry per person/e-mail address per day. The submission will be subject to moderation and will be notified via e-mail upon approval of uploaded image to the Contest Microsite. Entries will be rejected if entry form is not fully completed and submitted during the Contest Period.


THE PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE:

GRAND PRIZE

There will be one GRAND prize awarded consisting of the following:

Four front row tickets to the Barenaked Ladies concert of your choice (subject to ticket availability) on their 2009 Canadian tour
Accommodations and Flights for winner and 3 guests to chosen Canadian tour location to see the Barenaked Ladies concert
Sound check attendance at the Barenaked Ladies concert of your choice for winner and 3 guests and time to hang out and chat with the Barenaked Ladies
$500 (CDN) in spending money
Approximate Grand Prize Retail value is $8,000 CDN

SECONDARY PRIZE

There will be two Secondary Prizes awarded consisting of the following:

Barenaked Ladies merchandise (including: CD, Hat and T-Shirt)
Ben & Jerry’s ice cream for 1 year (24 Full Value Coupons for any Ben & Jerry’s16 ounce ice cream tub)
Approximate Secondary Prize Retail value is $200 CDN

Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitutions except at Sponsor’s option. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or a prize component with one of equal or greater value.
