Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies-so good that they will "disappear"

I these things but they aren't good for the waistline

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup butterscotch chips
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan.
Using a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butterscotch chips and butter together in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth. Set aside to cool.
In a large bowl, stir together the brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in the melted butterscotch chips, then the flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth. Stir in the marshmallows and chocolate chips last. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in preheated oven. Cool, and cut into squares

Variations: use peanut butter chips instead of chocolate ones

Canada/USA Chunky Chicken Vegatable Bake

Chunky Chicken Vegatable Bake

3-4 Cooked Chicken Breasts diced
1 pkg sliced fresh mushrooms
1 medium zucchini chopped
1/2 pkg of cherry tomatoes (split)
1 green or red pepper chopped (I use both)
1 medium onion(optional)
1 container of Olivieri Alfredo sauce
2-3 cups of cooked pasta (penne or fuslli)
1 pkg of kraft shredded mozarella
1 pkg of kraft feta cheese(optional for those watching salt content)

In a very large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except use only half of the feta cheese.
Place in very large baking dish. (I use a couple of glass baking dishes or do up several individual dishes) Sprinkle the tops of the casserole(s) with the remaining feta cheese. Bake in a prewarm 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until the sauce bubbles and top is brown. This recipe can be frozen in dishes and defrost as needed.
Hope you all like it, I love it, its yummy and relatively healthy, lol.
