All you need to do is fill out our fun fan forum survey to become a member and you will have a chance to win the cash prize.
Our survey is easy to fill out and will only take ten minutes

Prize:There will be 1 random draw (the “Canadian Sports Fan Forum Recruitment
Draw”) Contest consisting of one (of 1) prize package consist of cash draw for $500.00 to be
given away during the Contest Period. There will also be random draws worth $500.00 in cash to
be conducted throughout the year. The Prize will be awarded January 13, 2009. One day after
the ending of the Contest Period.

Entry:These Entrants
will receive one (1) entry for completing the study during the Contest Period. Completion of the
Canadian Sports Fan Forum Survey or the Canadian Sports Fan Forum Invitation Study is not
required to enter the Contest.

Eligability:This Contest is open to all registered members of the Canadian Sports
Fan Forum and other individuals directly contacted by VCCI and invited to participate in the
Sponsor Study (“Entrants”). All Entrants must be individuals legally residing in Canada and who
are over the age of majority in their Province or Territory of residence at the time of entry into the
Contest.This contest is not open
for Quebec residence

I never did this survey and I received the same message. I wonder if this is their way of telling us that they have reached their quota. I would certainly have remembered doing this one.
