1. ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must: (i) be a legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) and (ii) be 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, representatives and agents of CANOE Inc., Elevator Inc., and/or bollé (collectively, "Sponsors") and each Sponsor's respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies and any entity involved in the production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest, or Contest judges ("Administrators") or a member of the immediate family or household of any of the above are not eligible to participate in the Contest . This Contest is void where prohibited by law.

2. HOW TO ENTER. The Contest begins at 09:30 AM Eastern Time (ET) on April 3, 2008 and closes at 11:59 PM ET on April 17, 2008 (the "Entry Period"). No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. You will require a CANOE ID. To enter the Contest, fill out the online entry form located on the Contest Web site at: www.canoe.ca. Limit of one entry per day per person or e-mail address during the Entry Period. Entries received online shall be deemed to be submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. Multiple entries (apart from qualified daily entries) by the same person or from the same e-mail address or from the same person from different e-mail addresses shall result in disqualification. All entries must be submitted no later than the end of the Entry Period. All entries become the property of the Sponsors and will not be returned. Entries will only be accepted online. Illegible, incomplete, late or garbled entries will be disqualified. No entries will be accepted by any other means, including but not limited to regular postal mail.

3. WINNER SELECTION: a. On April 18, 2008 in Toronto, Ontario at approximately 10:30 AM ET, two potential prize winners will be selected by a random draw from all eligible online entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential prize winners will be required to answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing by phone call, and to comply with all the Contest Rules in order to be deemed an official winner.
b. The potential winner will be notified by phone within 5 days of the Contest end date. Upon notification, the potential winner must respond within 2 days. If the potential winner declines the prize, does not respond in accordance with the Contest Rules or the potential winner does not comply with the Contest Rules, he/she will be disqualified and will not receive a prize and another potential winner will be randomly selected. Sponsors are not responsible for the failure for any reason whatsoever of the potential winner to receive notification or for Sponsors to receive potential winner’s response.
c. WINNERS LIST. The name of the winner will be posted on www.canoe.ca.
d. Winner will be required to sign an agreement and release confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and acceptance of the prize as offered and (i) releasing the Sponsors and Administrators from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost or expense arising out of participation in this Contest or participating in any prize-related activity or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize, including without limitation costs injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light, or from any and all claims of third parties arising therefrom and (ii) granting Sponsors the unrestricted right, in their collective or individual discretion, to publish without any further compensation the name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice of that entrant for advertising and promotional purposes. The agreement and release must be returned within two business days of the notification date indicated on the documents or the selected entrant will be disqualified and the prize forfeited.

4. PRIZES. Two winners will be awarded in this contest. One winner will receive one pair of 'Anaconda' bollé eyewear, and the other winner will receive one pair of 'Serpent' bollé eyewear. Each prize is valued at $89.99. Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. CANOE Inc. is not responsible for prize distribution. CANOE Inc. assumes no responsibility in the issuing of prizing and is not liable if the suppliers fail to deliver the promised prizing. Elevator Communications Inc. of Toronto, Ontario is the supplier and will be responsible for prize distribution. A representative will contact the prize winner directly and make arrangements for the winner to get their prizing within 3 to 4 weeks from the contest close date.
