One (1) participant is eligible to win one (1) of the following four (4) First Prizes, as selected by the potential winner:

a. One (1) Toronto FC Away Game Road Trip for two (2) having an approximate retail value of $4,000 CDN and consisting of return airfare, economy class for two (2) from Toronto to a location to be solely determined by Citytv and/or Johnson & Johnson Inc. (together with Citytv the “Contest Sponsors”), accommodations at a Westin hotel (solely determined by Contest Sponsors) based on double occupancy for a maximum two (2) night stay; dinner for two (2) at a location to be solely determined by Contest Sponsors (valued at up to $200.00 CDN); a possible meeting with Jim Brennan, Captain of Toronto FC (or such other member of the Toronto FC office as the Contest Sponsor may elect in its sole discretion); and two (2) tickets to the Toronto FC Soccer Team away game at a time and location to be solely determined by Contest Sponsors. If the First Prize Winner selects this Toronto FC Away Game Road Trip as his/her First Prize, he/she warrants that he/she is legally able to travel to the United States as required and has all necessary documentation as may be required for presentation to Canada and/or American customs and airport personnel.
b. One (1) round of Golf at Angus Glen Golf Club (subject to change at Contest Sponsors’ sole discretion) for the First Prize Winner and two (2) guests with Jim Brennan, Captain of Toronto FC (or such other member of the Toronto FC office as the Contest Sponsor may elect in its sole discretion), including equipment rental (if necessary), lunch for the First Prize Winner and three (3) guests at Angus Glen Golf Club, (valued at $300.00 CDN), and transportation from the winner’s home to Angus Glen Golf Club (location up to a distance of 75KM from BMO Field in Toronto, ON). Approximate retail value up to $2,000 CDN.
c. A Backyard BBQ in the First Prize Winner’s backyard having an approximate value of $1,500 CDN and consisting of food and non-alcoholic beverages for the winner and nine (9) guests for a two (2) hour period and a visit from Jim Brennan, Captain of Toronto FC or such other member of the Toronto FC office as the Contest Sponsor may elect in its sole discretion; location up to a maximum distance of 75 km from BMO Field in Toronto.
d. Soccer Practice for the First Prize Winner and up to nineteen (19) guests having an approximate retail value of up to $1,000 CDN and including the use of the BMO Field at Exhibition Place in Toronto for a maximum of two (2) hours.

5. Eighteen (18) participants are eligible to win one (1) of the following Secondary Prizes, which will be drawn at random and assigned to Secondary Prize Winners:

a. One (1) Toronto FC Soccer Team home game VIP Experience (VIP Prize – specific date and seat locations to be determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion) for the Secondary Prize Winner and three (3) guests having an approximate retail value of $3,500 CDN and consisting of four (4) tickets to a Toronto FC Soccer Team regular season home soccer game at BMO Field, and a meeting with Maurice “Mo” Johnston, Manager and Director of soccer at Toronto FC Soccer club (or such other member of the Toronto FC office as the Contest Sponsor may elect in its sole discretion) and four (4) Toronto FC Soccer Team Jim Brennan autographed jerseys; size and style to be determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion.
b. One (1) of two (2) autographed Jim Brennan soccer jerseys, size and style to be determined by the Contest Sponsor in its sole discretion, each having an approximate retail value of $500 CDN.
c. One (1) of five (5) autographed Jim Brennan soccer balls, each having an approximate retail value of $250 CDN.
d. One (1) pair of ten (10) available pairs of Toronto FC Soccer Team regular season home soccer game tickets, each pair having an approximate retail value of $110 CDN. Seating, location, date and time of game to be determined by Contest Sponsors in their sole discretion.
