PRIZING

6.1 There are twenty (20) prizes available to be won:

6.1 There is one (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) TEMPUR-Canada bedroom makeover, having an approximate retail value of $25,000 and consisting of a professional design consultation (maximum value of $5,000), all construction work (not involving structural changes), labour, materials and supplies (maximum value of $10,500), one (1) Tempur-Pedic Swedish Mattress™ with matching Tempur-Pedic Box Spring or Low Profile Foundation (maximum value $6,800), two (2) Tempur-Pedic Swedish Pillows™ (maximum value of $800), one (1) Protex-It® Mattress Protector (maximum value of $130), one (1) Signature Deck Bed including headboard, footboard and side rails (maximum value of $1,300), two (2) complete Queen size sets of á la Gisèle Luxury Linens (maximum value of $500), and one (1) “The All PurposePillow by Tempur-Pedic®” (maximum value of $60). All details of the renovation including, without limitation, the design-choices, selection of materials, choice of labourers will be at the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsors and in order to be declared a winner, the potential winner may be required to sign a waiver and acknowledgement form, releasing the Contest Sponsors from all matters related to the renovation. In no event shall the Contest Sponsors be responsible for any matters relating to the renovation and in no event shall the Contest Sponsors be responsible to return the bedroom to its pre-renovation state in the event that the Grand Prize winner is unsatisfied with the outcome of the renovation. In order to be declared a winner, the potential winner must agree to have the renovation done at the times and dates set by the Contest Sponsors or forfeit the Grand Prize in its entirety. The potential Grand Prize Winner must agree that the renovation may be filmed (including before and after shots and shots of the potential Grand Prize Winner). The makeover will be featured on CityLine at a time and date determined by the Contest Sponsors.

6.2 The remaining nine (9) Grand Prize semi-finalists will be eligible to receive one (1) “The All PurposePillow by Tempur-Pedic® (approximate retail value $60 each).


7. There are ten (10) Secondary Prizes available to be won, each having an approximate retail value of $60 and consisting of one (1) “The All PurposePillow by Tempur-Pedic®”.

8. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not redeemable for cash or credit, in whole or in part. No substitution or transfer of prizes is allowed. If any portion of a prize is not accepted by the winner, that portion will be forfeited.
