Contest opens at May 6, 2008 at 12:01 am and closes on June 13, 2008 at 11:59 pm.

1. CONTEST SPONSOR: The sponsor of this Contest is The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company ("Manulife Financial" or the "Contest Sponsor").
2. CONTEST PERIOD: The CoverMe Travel Checklist contest runs from May 6, 2008 to June 13, 2008. Contest closes at 11:59 pm EST on June 13, 2008.
3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter and qualify, complete all required information in the electronic Entry Form and click "Submit" to enter. No other forms of entry will be accepted. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. To qualify for any prize, contestants must complete all questions generated by the Travel Checklist quiz. Qualified entries are limited to one (1) entry per person per day during the contest period. Entrants who submit multiple entries per day will be automatically disqualified.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Although online access and an email account are required in order to participate in the Contest, no purchase is required: many public libraries, Internet cafés, retail businesses and others offer access to the Internet and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts.
5. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the Grand Prize and/or a Weekly Prize will depend upon the number eligible entries received during the contest period.
6. ELIGIBILITY: The contest is open to all residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence during the time of the contest. Those excluded are employees of Manulife Financial, their advertising and promotional agencies and those with whom they are domiciled.

8. GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) primary prize of a $5,000 CDN (tax included) itravel2000 travel voucher, which can be redeemed for a trip anywhere that itravel2000 travels in North America. The Grand Prize will be awarded June 16, 2008. The prize will be awarded to a randomly selected entrant who qualifies and who has completed the Travel Checklist quiz in its entirety. The winner shall deal solely with itravel2000 when redeeming the voucher.
   
   WEEKLY PRIZES: There are (6) secondary prizes consisting of one Sony digital camera each. Prizes will be awarded based on the results of a random draw. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within 10 business days, or if for any other reason a prize cannot be awarded, the next eligible entrant will be selected until a prize has been awarded.
   
   Each prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternatives, substitution or transfers will be permitted.
   
   There are a total of seven (7) prizes available to be won. A contestant may not win more than one weekly prize. All contestants, including those who won one of the weekly prizes, will be included in the draw for the Grand Prize
