Grand Prize. There is (1) one grand prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be won by the Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) consisting of:

round-trip economy airfare for Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (the “Guest”), leaving together from the same gateway at the Canadian airport closest to the winner’s home to Toronto, Ontario (the “Flight”); and
two (2) nights accommodation, on a standard room, double occupancy basis, for the Grand Prize Winner and Guest at a hotel to be selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion (the “Hotel”) (together, the Flight and Hotel shall be referred to as the “Trip”). The Trip will occur between the dates of April 3, 2009 – April 5, 2009.
