Grand Prize. There is one (1) grand prize (“Prize”) available to be won by the Prize winner (“Winner”) consisting of:

(i) Round-trip economy airfare for Winner and his/her guest (the “Guest”) leaving together from the same gateway from a Canadian International airport closest to winner’s home (Vancouver, Calgary, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax or St. John’s) to Miami, Florida;

(ii) Three (3) nights hotel accommodation in Miami for Winner and Guest (double occupancy standard room) at a hotel selected by Sponsors in their sole discretion;

(iii) two (2) tickets to the Ultra Music Festival Party on March 28, 2009.
Prize has an approximate value of two thousand dollars (CDN $2,000.00). Actual value of Prize will depend on departure city. Winner is not entitled to monetary difference between actual Prize value and stated approximate Prize value, if any.
Prize will be distributed within twenty (20) days after Winner has been successfully contacted and notified of his/her Prize and has acknowledged compliance with the Contest Rules.
Winner and his/her Guest must be available to travel from Thursday, March 26, 2009 through Sunday, March 29, 2009. Should Winner and/or Guest be unable to travel on the dates and times designated by the Sponsors, Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and Guest will be responsible for transportation to and from originating airport, travel and medical insurance, travel documentation, airport improvement fees, taxes, gratuities, telephone calls, in-room charges and any other expense not explicitly included in the Prize.
Guests must comply with the Contest Rules and sign and return the Release (described below).
Prize must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. The Sponsors reserve the right, in its and their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize (or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.
