1. Grand Prize. There is (1)one grand prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be won by the Grand Prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) consisting of: a personalized plaque recognizing Gold Certification in Canada of the New Moon Soundtrack autographed by members of music group Death Cab For Cutie, a copy of the New Moon Soundtrack, and official poster, bookmark, and book .
2. Grand Prize has an approximate value of one hundred and fifty dollars (CDN $150.00).
3. Secondary Prize. There are five (5) Secondary Prize available to be won, consisting of a New Moon Soundtrack on CD, official book, and poster.
4. Secondary Prize has an approximate retail value forty dollars (CDN $40.00).
5. Grand Prize, and Secondary Prizes, are collectively referred herein to as “Prize” or “Prizes”. Grand Prize Winner, and Secondary Prize Winners are hereafter collectively referred to as a “Winner” or “Winners”.
6. Winner is not entitled to monetary difference between actual Prize value and stated approximate Prize value, if any.
7. Prizes will be distributed within thirty (30) days after each Winner has been successfully contacted and notified of his/her Prize and fulfilled the requirements set out herein.
8. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. Any unused portion of a Prize will be forfeited and have no cash value. The Sponsors reserve the right, in its and their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a Prize(or any portion thereof) cannot be awarded for any reason.
9. The Sponsors shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected Prizes.
