www.ellecanada.ca. Limit of one online entry per person per day. Online entries must be received by 11:59pm (EST), June 20, 2008. 2. Neither Transcontinental Media nor corresponding Sponsors; Puma, Baby Phat, Skintimate or Nars will be responsible for the failure or malfunction of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment affecting participation in or any other aspect of this contest. 3. The prize: 4 Winners will receive 1 of 4 Puma prize giveaways, Fabulosity -the new perfume by Baby Phat, a Skintimate spa gift basket and a Nars summer 2008 collection gift basket. Approximate retail value $422.00 per winner. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable or convertible to cash. Contest sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equivalent or greater value. 4. A random draw - from all eligible entries received on or before the contest closing, June 20th, 2008- will be made at 12 p.m. on June 26, 2008, in Toronto. In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question and will be required to sign a standard publicity/liability release confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of the prize as awarded; consenting to the use of their name and photo in any contest-related publicity, and releasing the sponsors from liability. No substitution for, or transfer of, the prize will be allowed. 5. The contest is open to all residents of Canada, excluding the residents of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority according to the law of the province in which they reside, except employees of Transcontinental Media, Puma, Baby Phat, Skintimate, Nars, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies and all persons with whom these employees are domiciled. 6. All decisions of the contest judge(s) are final. The chances of being selected depend upon the total number of entries received. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
