HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST: No Purchase Necessary. The contest begins on June 25, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on December 31, 2007 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”). To enter, purchase any size Energizer® battery product, go to www.energizercanada.ca, fully complete the online entry form and submit your entry form on-line. On the entry form, you must enter the 12 digit UPC number found on the back of the package. Your entry must be received within the Contest Period.
HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST WITHOUT PURCHASE: To enter the Contest without purchase, copy down a 12 digit UPC number found on the back of the package found in-store from any Energizer® battery product. Go to www.energizercanada.ca, fully complete the online entry form and submit your entry form on-line.
Limit one entry per person/email per day by any method. If it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once per day all your entries will be void. Entries will be rejected if entry form is not fully completed and submitted during the Contest Period.

WHO CAN ENTER: The contest is open to residents of Canada over the age of 13 at the time of entry. You are not eligible if you are an employee (and those with whom such employees are domiciled) of Energizer Canada Inc. (“Sponsor”), Fujifilm Canada Inc., Garmin Ltd., and/or Power-Up, their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent or related companies, advertising or promotional agencies.

GRAND PRIZE: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of: a trip for two (2) to Tokyo, Japan including return airfare from the international airport closest to winner’s home, four (4) nights accommodation (double occupancy) in a hotel chosen at the discretion of the Sponsor, and $10,000 CDN spending money. Trip must be taken by August 31, 2008, subject to availability and certain blackout periods apply. Costs of everything not stated above as included in the prize are the responsibility of the winner, and without limiting the generality of this statement the following costs are the responsibility of the winner: transportation from the winner's residence to the closest gateway airport, applicable taxes, service charges, gratuities, health insurance, cancellation insurance, travel insurance, visas, items of a personal nature.
There will be 100 secondary prizes available consisting of one of the following: Garmin eTrex Legend GPS device, approximate retail value $150.00, or FUJI FinePix A610 Digital Camera, approximate retail value 150.00 or Power Up MP3 Player/USB Drive approximate retail value $50.00. There are a total 33 Garmin eTrex Legend GPS devices, 34 FUJI FinePix A610 Digital Cameras and 33 Power Up MP3 Player/USB Drives available.
Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, subject to availability. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize or prize component with one of equal or greater value. If the winner of the secondary prize is a minor, a parent/guardian must have submitted the official entry form on their behalf and signed the declaration and release and accept the prize on his/her behalf. The odds of winning the prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
