This contest is sponsored by S. C. Johnson and Son Limited (the “Contest Sponsor”). The Contest starts at or about 12:00:01 a.m. ET July 17, 2007 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 29, 2007 (“the Contest Closing Date”).
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of 13 years or older at the start of the contest, except employees (and persons with whom they are domiciled) of the Contest Sponsor, its retailers, advertising and promotional agencies and Marco Sales and Incentives Limited (“the Independent Contest Judging Organization”).
TO ENTER
Online entry: Visit www.familypizzanight.ca to complete and submit the Official Contest entry form by entering your name, address and daytime telephone number where you may be reached in order to receive one (1) entry into the contest. An entrant under the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside must have the consent of his/her parent or legal guardian to submit their personal information in order to enter the Contest. The parent or legal guardian must complete all of the required fields on the relevant portion of the on-line form, including his/her name and e-mail address. If a parent or legal guardian does not provide consent, the entrant will be disqualified. Although online access and an e-mail account are required in order to participate in the Contest, no purchase is required.
BONUS ENTRIES
Receive a one (1) time bonus of five (5) additional entries into the Grand Prize draw by signing up for S. C. Johnson's ‘Your Family Home Journal’ e-newsletter on the Contest website.
Refer a friend: At the time of Contest entry you may refer a friend by email address (available on the entry form at www.familypizzanight.ca). Referred e-mail addresses will only be used by the Contest Sponsor for the purpose of contacting the friend to provide information about entering this Contest and will not be added to any direct marketing list or used in any direct marketing programs without consent.
All entries must be received by the Contest Closing Date in order to qualify. Limit of one entry per person/household/email address allowed per week (Monday to Sunday). In the event it is discovered that you attempted to enter more than once per week, then all of your entries will be void. The Contest Sponsor will not be responsible for late, delayed, misdirected, lost, or incomplete entries. By entering the Contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by the Official Contest Rules and Regulations as set out herein, and accept the decisions of the Independent Contest Judging Organization and the Contest Sponsor as final and binding in all respects. All information obtained for this contest will only be used for the purpose of conducting the contest.
GRAND PRIZES
There are five (5) Grand Prizes available to be won, each consisting of twenty-four (24) coupons for a large 3-topping pizza valid at any Domino’s Pizza location. The approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $480 (CDN). Each selected entrant (or parent/legal guardian, if a minor) is responsible for paying any taxes, gratuities and all charges for services that exceed the Grand Prize value specified above based on the applicable charges at the time such charges are incurred. Any charges incurred by a selected entrant in excess of the Grand Prize amount shall be the selected entrant’s sole responsibility
The Grand Prizes may not be exchanged in whole or in part for cash or other substitutes, are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-saleable and must be accepted as awarded, except that the Contest Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute a prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
DRAW
A Random Draw will be conducted at or about 2:00 pm ET on November 19, 2007 in Brantford, ON by the Independent Contest Judging Organization, from all eligible entries received. Odds of being selected depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date.
The selected entrants (or parent/legal guardian if a minor) will be contacted by mail, courier or telephone within five (5) business days of the draw date. If a selected entrant (or parent/legal guardian if a minor) cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, he/she will be disqualified and a new random draw from the remaining eligible entries will be conducted to select another entry and the process noted above will be repeated until a selected entrant is contacted or there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first.
Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant (or parent/legal guardian if a minor) must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question within five (5) business days of prize notification. Each selected entrant (or parent/legal guardian if a minor) will also be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form (the “Release Form”) confirming compliance with these Official Contest Rules & Regulations, acceptance of the Grand Prize as awarded without substitution, and releasing the Contest Sponsor, its affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the Independent Contest Judging Organization and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, dealers, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with the Grand Prize or this Contest.
Failure to answer the mathematical skill-testing question correctly or failure to return the Release Form within the time period indicated on the Release Form will cause the Grand Prize to be forfeited and a new random draw from the remaining eligible entries will be conducted to select another entry and the process noted above will be repeated until a winner is declared or there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first.
