Feast on Kelowna CONTEST RULES
Co-Sponsored by:
Tourism Kelowna Society ("Tourism Kelowna") and CW Television Inc. ("CW", and together with Tourism Kelowna, the "Sponsors")

1. CONSENT TO USE PERSONAL INFORMATION: By entering the Feast on Kelowna contest (the "Contest") electronically and voluntarily providing your personal information (including, but not limited to e-mail address, first name, last name, date of birth, mobile phone number, city, province, postal code, and daytime phone number) (collectively "Registrant Information") you consent to CW’s and/or Tourism Kelowna’s collection and use of the Registrant Information to administer this Contest. In addition, by opting-in online, you consent to: (i) CW’s use of your Registrant Information to contact you to promote draws, interactive features and contests similar to the Contest, promote opportunities to subscribe to CW newsletters and promotional clubs, notify you about programs and special events, promote marketing initiatives from our partners (i.e. other CW networks and select advertisers) and automatically enter you into other CW-sponsored draws and contests; and/or (ii) CW’s disclosure of your Registrant Information to Tourism Kelowna so that you may be contacted to promote draws and contests similar to the Contest, promote opportunities to subscribe to newsletters or promotional clubs, and notify you about its products or services (collectively, the uses set out in (i) and (ii) above shall be referred to as the "Additional Uses"). Your consent to the Additional Uses may be revoked at any time (without revoking your participation in the Contest or impairing your chances of winning) by submitting your e-mail address on the "unsubscribe" page at http://www.foodtv.ca/foodtv/contests/default.aspx or by writing to CW at the address set out below.
If you choose to participate in the Contest by mail-in entry, or have not opted-in to the Additional Uses, your Registrant Information will not be collected or used by CW for the Additional Uses but will be collected, used and disclosed only to administer the Contest, for notifications as set out in these Contest rules and otherwise as required by law. Your Registrant Information will not be disclosed or transferred to Tourism Kelowna or any other third party without your consent.
2. CONTEST PERIOD: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Contest shall run from February 18, 2008 to March 30, 2008, inclusive (the "Contest Period"). All entries must be received or post-marked (in the case of mail-in entries) no later than 11:59 p.m. (EST) on March 30, 2008, after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.
3. CONTEST PARTICIPATION:
By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. In order to enter the Contest, and qualify for a chance to win the Grand Prize you may enter in either of the following ways:
(a) By logging on to the website www.foodtv.ca, clicking the Contests button, clicking the Contest banner and completing and submitting the entry form in its entirety; or
(b) By mail-in entry to CW Television, 121 Bloor St. East, 13th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M4W 3M5, Attn: Feast on Kelowna, Contest, such entry to include your name, daytime phone number, address and age at the time of entry.

Only one qualifying (1) mail-in entry per household address and one (1) qualifying entry per e-mail address per 24-hour period will be accepted during the Contest Period. Limit of one mail-in entry per outer envelope.
4. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won, which consists of:
(a) round-trip economy airfare for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guest (the "Guest") leaving together from the same gateway from a Canadian International airport closest to winner’s home (Vancouver, Calgary, Regina, Winnipeg, Toronto, Montreal, Halifax or St. John’s) to Kelowna, British Columbia (the "Trip");
(b) Five (5) day rental of car provided by Budget Car and Truck Rentals while staying in Kelowna;
(c) Five (5) nights hotel accommodation at the Royal Private Residence Club at the Grand Okanagan Lakefront Resort and Conference Centre provided by the Grand Okanagan Lakefront Resort and Conference Centre, for the Grand Prize winner and Guest based on double occupancy;
(d) One day orchard/ vineyard tour with Anthony Sedlak, host of "The Main", hosted by Wildflower Trails and Wine Tours;
(e) One day Westside Winery Tour with Discover Okanagan Tours; and
(f) One dinner for two (2), at the Hotel Eldorado Lakeside Dining Room.
The Grand Prize winner and Guest will be responsible for all other costs and expenses related to the Grand Prize, including, but without limitation, additional ground transportation, any applicable departure taxes, transportation taxes, shipping costs associated with the Grand Prize, PST, GST and all other such taxes, travel, repatriation and health insurance (collectively, "Insurance"), personal expenses, gratuities, meals, entertainment, etc. The Grand Prize winner may be required by hotel to provide an accepted and valid credit card to cover incidental charges (including but not limited to: telephone charges, laundry services, room service, etc).
The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Cdn $6,000.
The Trip must be booked through the Tourism Kelowna and must be taken on the dates selected by the Sponsors in their sole discretion. The Grand Prize winner will have until December 31, 2008 to redeem the Grand Prize after such time the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Grand Prize. Travel dates are subject to availability with participating partners.
The Grand Prize winner must be prepared to make all necessary arrangements. The schedule and events may be altered in any way at the sole discretion of Sponsors and are subject to the availability of hotel and air transportation. If the Grand Prize winner is unavailable to attend (for whatever reason) on the dates upon which the Trip is available, then he or she shall forfeit all rights to the Grand Prize and shall not receive anything (including but not limited to any cash equivalent) to compensate for such forfeiture. No changes to travel dates or passenger names are permitted once the booking has been made. The Grand Prize winner and his/her guest are responsible for obtaining any necessary travel and Insurance documentation before the travel date. The Guest must satisfy the conditions in clauses 5(a), (b), and (c) below to be eligible to participate in the Grand Prize.
If the Grand Prize (or any portion thereof) is forfeited, then it will not be offered to any other entrant and will not be redrawn, unless the Sponsors decide to redraw in their sole discretion.
