HOW TO ENTER:

1. The Froot Loops cereal Collosally Cool Contest(the "Contest") commences at 12:00:01AM EST Eastern on April 6, 2009 and concludes at 11:59:59PM EST on May 17, 2009 (the "Contest Period"). The time at which the Contest concludes is referred to in these Contest Rules as the "Contest Closing Time".
2. To enter the Contest go to FrootLoops.ca (the "Website") and follow the online instructions to complete and submit an official online entry form. Complete the Contest entry form in full and provide 1 UPC code from Froot Loops cereal products (see below for instructions on how to obtain a UPC code without a purchase). There are also three games available to be played online where you can obtain a game code to enter the contest. You must confirm that you have read and agree to the Contest Rules, and submit your entry online.
   
   NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:
   
   To obtain a Froot Loops cereal UPC code without a purchase, send a request for one, together with a self-addressed postage-paid envelope, to: Froot Loops Colossally Cool Contest, P.O. Box 4099, Paris, Ontario, N3L 3W9 . A UPC code for a Froot Loops cereal product and a copy of the Contest Rules will be returned in each self-addressed, postage-paid envelope received. Only one request can be made per external envelope.Requests must be received by May 4, 2009 at the above address for timely processing and return; any requests received after such date will not be processed.
3. Limit of one entry per person per day.
   
   ELIGIBILITY:
4. The contest is open to legal residents of Canada only (excluding residents of the province of Quebec)who are age 6 to 17 inclusive, excluding (a) employees, directors, officers, representatives and agents of (i) Kellogg Canada Inc., (ii) its advertising and promotional agencies, (iii) participating retailers, and (iv) the independent judging organization (defined below as the Contest Management Organization), and (b) all persons with whom those in (a) are domiciled. An entrant must meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Contest Rules from the time of entry until the time he/she is confirmed a winner (if he/she becomes a winner). Without limiting any other provision of these Contest Rules, an entrant will not be confirmed a winner until the completed and signed Prize Claim Form is received at the address, and within the time period, set out in paragraph 19 of these Contest Rules (see below for details respecting Prize Claim Form and other Contest requirements).
5. Kellogg Canada Inc. reserves the right to require proof of eligibility, which proof shall be in the form required by Kellogg Canada Inc.
   
   PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING:
6. There are three Grand Prizes (each a "Grand Prize") and fifty Secondary Prizes (each a "Secondary Prizes") available to be won at the outset of this Contest.
7. Each Grand Prize consists of: one 16 GB iPod nano, One Flex Tune docking station and $250.00 worth of iTunes Gift Cards. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $579.00 approximate odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Time.
8. Each Secondary Prize consists of: One 8GB iPod nano. Approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is $169.00. The number of Secondary Prizes available to be won diminishes as they are awarded. Approximate odds of winning a Secondary Prize depend, in each case, on (i) what the Randomly-Generated Time is, (ii) the total number of eligible entries received after such Randomly-Generated Time but by the Contest Closing Time, and (iii) the time at which each such entry is received.
   
   HOW GRAND PRIZES ARE AWARDED:
9. A random draw (“Grand Prize Draw”) to award the Grand Prizes, subject to these Contest Rules (including without limitation the Prize Claim Form and skill-testing question requirements set out below), will occur on June 1, 2009 at 11:00:00AM EST in Brantford, Ontario from all eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Time. The Grand Prize Draw will be conducted by an independent judging organization (the “Contest Management Organization”). One entry will be randomly drawn in respect of each Grand Prize available to be won.
10. If your entry is selected in the Grand Prize Draw as a potential winner of a Grand Prize, your parent/legal guardian will be notified by e-mail to confirm consent and eligibility.
11. Prior to being declared a winner, a Prize Claim Form will be mailed or e-mailed to your parent/legal guardian (see below for details regarding the Prize Claim Form and the skill-testing question requirement).
12. If a parent/legal guardian of selected entrant cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw (including, where an e-mail is sent or a voicemail message is left, if a response is not received within such 14 day period), or if a selected entrant is ineligible or does not comply with the Contest Rules (or if his/her parent/legal guardian does not comply with the Contest Rules), such entrant will have forfeited his/her opportunity to win a prize and an alternate entrant will be selected by random draw to win, subject to these Contest Rules.
    
    HOW SECONDARY PRIZES ARE AWARDED:
13. Potential winners of Secondary Prizes will be determined as follows. For each Secondary Prize available to be won, a time during the Contest Period will be randomly selected electronically (each a "Randomly-Generated Time"); the entry received after such time (but by the Contest Closing Time) which is received closest to such time will win, subject to these Contest Rules (including without limitation the Prize Claim Form and skill-testing question requirements set out below), such Secondary Prize.
14. If your entry is selected as a potential winner of a Secondary Prize in accordance with paragraph 13, you will be notified immediately on the computer screen after the submission of your online entry.

so very frustrated , the next time i entered i didnt get the yippee meassage so pretty sure i won the ipod on the instant win but never got the email, i have emailed them twice and no reponse yet aghhhhhh

i am hoping that it is just one of those things were they have a set time to do the emails, the rules did say they also might notify by mail, i went to the main site , is it kellogs?/ i cant remember now and there is a phone number but with the holidays i havent been able to call, it is a toll free number so , i have to be away all day tomorrow, so wed i guess i will call, let me know if you find out anyting first
