Participation to this free and no purchase obligation game is open to every physical person under 18 residing in Canada (except for the employees of the Organising Society, its partners, its sub-contractors, as well as their councils and family members) that has an Internet connexion and a valid email address. Participation is limited to one per home ( same name, same address, same email address). Participation is strictly personal and one player has absolutely no right to play under several nicknames or for the benefit of other participants. Forms that are incomplete, unreadable, or sent after the dead line or in another form than which mentioned will be considered as invalid.
Participation to this game can only be done by the Internet. Each subscription done by phone, fax, or mail will be considered as invalid.
Each participant must have filled in every form blank with all the information asked.
( Title, Last name, Name, Postal Code, Email address, Date or birth, Password, Friend’s Email addresses). A participant is defined as a unique physical person: every use of different email addresses for one participant will be considered as a fraud conducting the participant’s definitive eviction for the last drawing lots.
Article III : Terms and conditions


To participate, it just takes the form filled in and validated (Title, Last name, Name, Postal Code, Email address, Date or birth, Password) to know if you have won at the winning time.
Then you have the possibility to run for the last drawing lots. The participating invitation addressee has to fill in the subscription form (every compulsory blank) and validate it. He can increase his earning by filling in a new subscription form (every compulsory blank) and validate it.
The form validation must be done before the 10/30/2007 at midnight ET. (GMT+5). Only those who will have their form sent before this dead line will be selected to participate to the drawing lots that will designate the winner. Returns will be possible after this deadline but will not give right to the drawing lots participation.
Article IV : Earnings

The price earnings is consisted of 50 052 prices in Winning Time and of 1 price for the
drawing lot.

• Drawing Lots prices :

- A shopping trip in Paris for two including flight tickets, 3 nights/2 days at a Hotel**, including lunches. (off school holidays and public holidays) (commercial value of 1500 $CAN)

• And a 500$ CAN shopping gift to spend in Paris. (receipts must be sent as written proof).

Article V : Winners designation

Winners will be designated by:

• Winning Time, directly after clicking on the specified spot. A Winning Time is defined by a date, hour and minute. At each Winning Time is associated a specific price. The first player connected at the Winning Time will be declared winner of this price. By “connection” we mean clicking on the planned link. Only one price can be assigned to a Winning Time: the second player connecting at a Winning Time will be considered as looser, unless in these cases. If there is no connection during a Winning Time, the corresponding price will be assigned as follows: - The first player who connects after the Winning Time will be declared winner. If this connection happens during a new Winning Time, this player will win the price corresponding to the last Winning Time that has not been won. In this case, the price corresponding to the new Winning Time will be won by the next player connected.
• Drawing Lots. The selected valid participant to the drawing lots will be the winner. The drawing lots will be executed between the complete and valid forms, by a justice bailiff in a 15 days period after the expiration of the game participation.

The winner will be advised by email. The sending or the price availability terms will be specified in the message.
The prices cannot be contested, refund in cash, or exchanged in any way. In overpowering circumstances, the Fruitrouge INC company editing glamlist.com has the right to replace a price by another of the same value. Participants choose their domicile at the address written on the form for the prices shipment. Winners authorize any verification concerning their identity and their domicile (postal address and Internet). A fake identity or domicile information lead to the invalidity of the participation.
