The All-Star Back to School Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Grand and Toy Inc (the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM (ET) on August 1, 2007 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on September 18, 2007 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

1. TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. Residents of Canada (excluding the Province of Québec) who are the age of majority may enter the sweepstakes. There are two (2) ways to enter:
   • Log onto www.grandandtoy.com/florida select “The All-Star Back to School” Sweepstakes icon, complete the online entry form with full name, complete mailing address including postal code, daytime telephone number including area code, email address (if applicable), and click the “submit” icon and you will be entered automatically once into the sweepstakes. All entries must be received on or before 11:59 PM (ET) on September 18, 2007 (the “Sweepstakes Closing Date”).
   • Pick up an entry ballot while supplies last at a participating Grand and Toy retail location in Canada, complete the official ballot by printing your full name, complete mailing address including postal code, daytime telephone number including area code, and deposit into the ballot box. All ballot entries must be received on or before the Sweepstakes Closing Date.
   Limit one (1) entry per person will be accepted during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.
2. GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of the following: a trip for four (4) to Orlando, Florida, including return economy airfare for four (4) departing from the Canadian International Airport nearest the winner’s residence to Orlando, Florida, six (6) night’s hotel accommodation in a standard room based on double occupancy at the All-Stars Resort, four (4) seven (7) day passes to Walt Disney World and $800.00 (CDN) spending money. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $9000.00 (CDN) based on a Toronto departure. Actual retail value of the Grand Prize may vary depending on the city of departure. The winner and his/her travel guests must be available to travel between February 1, 2008 and April 30, 2008 or the Grand Prize will be forfeited and another entrant will be selected. The winner and his/her travel guests must each have valid travel documents prior to ticketing and be legally able to travel to the US. The winner and his/her travel guests must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for ground transfers to and from the destination airport in Orlando, Florida, and from the winner’s and/or traveling guests residences and the departure airport. All departure taxes (at the time of booking), transfers, meals, insurance, items of personal nature and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated as included herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her travel guests. Reservations will be accepted based on space availability, and must be booked a minimum of (thirty) 30 days prior to the departure date. Blackout periods may apply. No frequent flyer miles will be available for this trip. In the event that the winner does not use any portion of the Grand Prize, there will be no extension, transfer, substitution or any kind of compensation provided. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable, not for resale and has no cash surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that the Grand Prize or any component of the Grand Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize or component of a prize of equal or greater value, without liability.
3. DRAWING: A random draw will be held on October 11, 2007 at 10:00 am (ET) in Mississauga, ON from among all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Closing Date. Odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Closing Date. The selected entrant will be contacted by mail or telephone within (ten) 10 business days of the draw date. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within ten (10) business days of the draw date, the selected entrant will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly selected until such time as contact is made by mail or telephone with a selected entrant or there are no more eligible entries, whichever comes first. The Sponsor will not be responsible for failed attempts to contact a selected entrant.
4. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Canada (excluding the Province of Québec), who has reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides and who is not an employee of the Sponsor, its affiliated companies or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest organization or a member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related to the employee or not). In these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner or spouse.
5. GENERAL: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the independent contest organization with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes, which are final.
