Contest Start and Closing Dates
The start date of the contest is October 12, 2007 and the contest closing date is 23:59 EDT, June 30, 2008 ("contest closing date"). All entry forms must be completed and submitted in accordance with these Official Rules (see "How to Enter" below) no later than the contest closing date.

Eligibility
The Contest is open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their Province of residence by the contest closing date, except for officers, directors, and employees of Hamilton Beach Brands Canada, Inc. (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, the contest judge, and the immediate family members (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife and child) of any of the foregoing people, living in the same household. A person who is eligible in accordance with these requirements is called an "eligible entrant".

How to Enter:
No product purchase is necessary to enter the contest.

Only one person's name can be filled in on an entry form as the eligible entrant in this contest. Any entry form containing the name of more than one person will be null and void. Limit of one entry form submission per person in this contest.

Visit www.hamiltonbeach.ca (the "website"). Provided you are an eligible entrant, confirm compliance with the Official Rules of the contest, answer in full the questionnaire and complete in full the entry form found on the website (the "entry form"), including the correct answer to the skill-testing. Then submit your completed entry form by clicking the "Submit" button on the entry form page.

An entry form entered by an eligible entrant in the manner described above is referred to below as an "entry".

Selection of Potential Prize Winners
To determine the potential winners of the Prizes (see Prize descriptions below), there will be fifteen (15) random draws made by the Sponsor, or its representative, on or about July 4, 2008, at 10:00 am EDT in Markham, ON. There will be a draw, which will include all eligible entries submitted by eligible entrants in accordance with these Official Rules including the eligible entrants from the first two draws that were not selected as potential winners. An eligible entrant whose entry is drawn is called a "selected entrant". The first selected entrant will be the potential winner of a Prize. The selected entrant will be required to have submitted a completed entry form in compliance with these Official Rules, must have correctly answered a mathematical skill-testing question (without any mechanical, electronic or other assistance), must sign and return to the Sponsor (or its representative) within 14 days of receipt, a declaration and release form which the Sponsor (or its representative) will mail to the selected entrant, must be eligible according to these Official Rules, and must have complied with and must continue to comply with all of the requirements of these Official Rules.

Important Note: If a selected entrant cannot be reached via phone or mail through at least 3 attempts at contact within a 14 day period from date of draw, or if a selected entrant's answer to the skill-testing question is incorrect, or if a selected entrant failed to answer the skill-testing question, that selected entrant will forfeit his/her claim to a Prize, a replacement entry will be selected at random by the Sponsor (or its representative) with the provisions of these Official Rules applying to the person who submitted the replacement entry, and the Sponsor will have no further obligation to the original selected entrant with respect to the contest or with respect to the Prize.

THE PRIZES
The chances of winning a Prize depend upon the number of completed entries submitted by eligible entrants before the contest closing date. Limit of one (1) prize per eligible entrant.

There are fifteen (15) Prizes to be awarded in this contest.
Each prize consists of one (1) Hamilton Beach® MealMaker™ Express Contact Grill, model 25325.
Approximate retail value of each Prize is $79.99 CDN.

A Prize must be accepted as awarded. A Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, although the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value.
