The Grand Prize will be issued in the form of a gift certificate to the confirmed winner as his/her name appears in the Declaration and Release Form. In the event that the winner does not use any portion of the Grand Prize, there will be no extension, transfer, substitution or any kind of compensation provided. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded. If the winner lives in an area where MOLLY MAID does not service, a cheque for $2600 (maximum) will be awarded .
