How to Enter the Contest
No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter, starting on October 27, 2007 (“Contest Starting Date”), go to www.hbc.com/livingspree and follow the online instructions. All entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm ET on December 7, 2007. All entries that are incomplete, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of these Contest rules and regulations may be disqualified. Limit of one entry per person. The Sponsor (as herein defined) is not responsible for any lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, or destroyed entries.

2. Eligibility
The sponsor of this contest is Hudson’s Bay Company (“Sponsor”). To be eligible, you must be a resident of Canada over the age of majority in your province or territory of residence, from the Contest Starting Date to the date of the draw. You are not eligible if, at any point during this time you are (or live with) an employee, representative or agent of the Sponsor or its affiliates (including Zellers Inc.) or licensees. Once an entrant has been selected, he/she must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other assistance at the time of notification in order to qualify for the prize.

3. Prize
One (1) prize to be awarded. This prize consists of one (1) Nintendo Wii. Approximate retail value of this prize is CDN $290.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part with one of equal or greater value in the event that a prize or a component thereof is unavailable for any reason. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions, except as identified above, will be made. Prizes may not be sold, transferred or assigned and are not convertible to cash.

4. The Draw
A random draw will be held in Toronto, ON, at 3:00pm ET on December 12, 2007. You do not need to be present at the draw in order to win. The prize will be awarded to the first person whose entry is randomly drawn, who has correctly answered the mathematical skill-testing question, and who otherwise complies with these Contest rules. Your chances of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted by mail, and must sign and return (within fourteen (14) days of receipt) a declaration and release. If the selected entrant declines the prize, does not comply with the Contest rules and regulations or does not return the declaration and release within fourteen (14) days, that entry will be declared void and a further entry will be randomly drawn. If the selected entrant cannot use or chooses not to use any portion of the prize, that portion of the prize will be deemed to be forfeited and no substitution or other compensation will be awarded.
