Grammy nominated singer/songwriter
Dierks Bentley released his first-ever live concert DVD titled
LIVE AND LOUD AT THE FILLMORE on March 20, 2007. The hi-definition DVD, directed by renowned London-based filmmaker
Russell Thomas , was shot in June 2006 at Denver's Fillmore Auditorium in front of a standing-room only crowd.
"Making a live DVD has been a dream of mine for a couple years now," said Bentley. "I really wanted to capture what we were doing in our live show at that particular moment, and I think Russell did an incredible job putting it on film. This is the ultimate accomplishment for me, the band and our fans."
The project features Bentley and his band performing some of his biggest hits, as well as some of the newer tracks from his critically acclaimed album
Long Trip Alone. Bonus footage takes fans behind the scenes of life on the road for the Phoenix-native, who toured over 300 days last year. Those familiar with Bentley's video for the smash hit single "Every Mile A Memory" got a sneak peak at what to expect from the DVD through a montage of clips pulled for the number one video
