Toyota "Face-Off with Dion" Official Contest Rules



1. CONTEST SPONSOR: The Face-Off with Dion Contest ("Contest") is being conducted by participating dealers (each called a "Participating Toyota Dealership") of the Toyota Dealers Advertising Association - Prairie Zone and Toyota Canada Inc. (the "Contest Sponsor"). The Contest commences at 10:00 a.m. MST on March 7th, 2009, and closes on one of the dates listed below:

In the event that the Calgary Flames do not make it to the 2008-09 NHL Playoffs, the contest will end at 11:59 PM MDT on Saturday, April 11th, 2009, which is the day of the last game played by the Calgary Flames in the 2008-09 NHL regular season. In the event that the Calgary Flames do make it into the 2008-09 NHL Playoffs, the contest will end at the conclusion of the last playoff game played by the Calgary Flames. The time between the commencement of the contest and the conclusion will be referred to as the "Contest Period".

2. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to persons who are residents of Alberta who, at the time of entry, have reached the age of majority in the Province (18 years old). The contest is not open to employees (and persons with whom such employees are domiciled) of Toyota Canada, its dealerships, and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies.

3. HOW TO PLAY (NO PURCHASE NECESSARY): It is not necessary to make a purchase or test drive a vehicle or service a vehicle in order to enter or to win any of the prizes. In order to enter the Contest, the contestant must go online to www.faceoffwithdion.com (the “Contest website”) and follow all instructions on the Contest website to enter (including providing his/her full name, address, postal code, phone number and e-mail address).

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person in the Contest. Any additional entries will not be accepted and only the first entry will be valid.

Your entry will be disqualified if you provide information that is incomplete or inaccurate, or fail to comply with or attempt to circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

4. IN ORDER TO WIN: Before being declared a prize winner, each eligible selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill-testing question which will, at the discretion of the Contest Sponsor, either be (i) asked by telephone or email at a time mutually convenient to the selected entrant and the Contest Sponsor or its agent; or (ii) set forth on the Release (as defined below). Second, each such eligible selected entrant [and guest (Or their parent/legal guardian) where applicable] must sign the Contest Sponsor's form of release (the “Release”) confirming acceptance of each prize awarded and releasing the Contest Sponsor, and others named in the release, from any and all liability that may arise in relation to the entrant’s (or guest’s, as applicable) participation in the Contest and the acceptance and use of any prize awarded.

5. FINAL CONTEST DRAW DATE: The draw date for the Grand Prize and Secondary Prizes (the “Final Draw Date”) will occur fourteen (14) days after the end of the Contest Period.

6. PRIZES: There is one (1) Grand Prize and twenty-five (25) Secondary Prizes available to be won in the Contest:

(A) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of one (1) hour of ice time with Dion Phaneuf for the Grand Prize winner and fifteen (15) guests.

The Grand Prize is valued at approximately twenty-five thousand ($25,000) Canadian Dollars (tax included). The Grand Prize includes:

Duration: One (1) hour of ice time with Dion Phaneuf Location: Pengrowth Saddledome (Calgary, AB) Date/Time: This will likely occur between October 1st and 31st, 2009. The date will be finalized once the 2009-10 NHL and WHL schedules are known, as this will determine the availability of Saddledome ice. Details: The hour of ice time will be a series of activities/exercises that will follow a structured itinerary. The itinerary will be customized beforehand to the skill level of the participants. The Contest Sponsor will appoint a coach/trainer to run the on-ice activities. Each of the participants will receive the following items:
