ELIGIBILITY. To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must: (i) be a legal resident of Canada throughout the Contest Period; and (ii) have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of Entry. Employees, immediate family members of employees and persons domiciled with employees or immediate family members of Quadrant Cosmetics Corp, Inside Entertainment, Kontent Publishing Inc. (collectively, the "Sponsors") and the Sponsors’ respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, any sponsor and any entity involved in the production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (“Administrators”) are not eligible to participate in the Contest. You are not eligible if, at any point during this time you are (or live with) an employee, representative or agent of a Sponsor or the Administrators affiliates or licensees.

2. DEADLINES FOR ENTRY. The Contest begins at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“E.S.T”) on April 7, 2008 and closes at 12 noon E.S.T. on June 30, 2008 (the "Contest Period").


3. HOW TO ENTER.There is no purchase necessary to enter the Contest. To enter the Contest, fill out the on-line entry form located on the Contest web site at: www.insideEonline.com (“Contest Website”). Submission of a completed online entry form constitutes an “Entry” in the Contest.

a. Limit of one (1) Entry per person or e-mail address, however, if you refer maximum five (5) friends you will receive five (5) additional Entries for a total of six (6) Entries. Aside from this multiple Entries by the same person using one or more e-mail accounts shall result in disqualification. All Entries must be submitted no later than the end of the Contest Period. All Entries become the property of the Sponsors and none will be returned. Illegible, incomplete, late or garbled Entries will be disqualified. No Entries will be accepted by any other means.

b. Entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of Entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. No mechanically or electronically reproduced Entries will be accepted. All Entries must be submitted from a valid email account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to Sponsors or Administrators for the purpose of this Contest must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading. Sponsors and Administrators reserve the right to disqualify any Entry or Entrant in its sole discretion, should any Entry or Entrant at any stage supply untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information. Potential winners may be requested to provide Sponsors and proof of identification and eligibility (address and birth date) and proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning Entry. Failure to provide such proof within a reasonable period of time could result in disqualification.


4. PRIZES.
There is a total of one (1) Grand Prize available to be won. The Grand Prize consists of round- trip economy airfare for two to Palm Springs, California from a major Canadian gateway airport, four nights accommodations based on double occupancy at a Palm Springs Resort from January 7-11, 2009, attend the 2009 Palm Springs International Film Festival opening night gala, spa package, limo to the black tie gala, and a platinum pass for all regular and gala screenings for the 2009 Palm Springs International Film Festival. Approximate retail value of grand prize $6,000 CDN. Excluded: Applicable taxes, room service, gratuities, merchandise, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, medical and travel insurance together with any required travel documentation, and all personal expenses of any kind or nature, together with any applicable overnight layover accommodation are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and guests. Grand Prize winner and guest are responsible for transportation costs incurred to and from the departure points as the Grand Prize originates and terminates there. Grand Prize winner and guests must be available to travel in the specified time period. If Grand Prize winner and guests are unable to travel on the designated dates, he/she will not be awarded the Grand Prize and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected.
There is a total of one hundred (100) secondary prizes available to be won. Each secondary prize consists of a 50ml bottle of LACOSTE Dream of Pink. Approximate retail value $72.00 each. Combined value of Grand prize and Secondary prize is $13,200.00

a. All Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsors and Administrators reserve the right; in their sole discretion to substitute any and all of the Prizes for prizes of equal or greater value should all or part of a Prize become unavailable for any reason.
