To Enter: E-mail your name, age, address and phone number to winit@j14.com, and include a brief explanation on why you and your family deserve this vacation. Please include a note from a parent or guardian along with his or her full name and phone number granting you permission to participate in the contest and attend the trip if you win. Entries must be received by January 14, 2008 and will be judged based on creativity be the editors of J-14. The contest is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of New York, Florida and Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec). Employees of Bauer and any other entity associated with this contest are not eligible to enter or win. Limit one entry per person. All entries submitted, whether acceptable or not, will become the property of Sponsors, and will not be acknowledged or returned. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsors and their designees to use, modify, and publish entrant's entry, biographical information, and photographs, for trade, advertising, and/or promotional purposes (including, without limitation, in J-14 Magazine or www.J14.com) worldwide and in perpetuity, without any additional approval or compensation. Prizes: Prizes will be awarded as follows: one winner and his/her family will be awarded round-trip transportation and hotel accommodations at the Atlantis Royal Towers in Paradise Island, Bahamas, one room occupancy for a 4-day/3-night stay. Estimated retail value: $5,000. Prizes won by eligible minors will be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other expenses not explicitly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of each winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
