How to Enter/Eligibility: "The Win a Trip to the Kids Choice Awards Contest" begins on December 10 and ends on January 13.

To Enter: Type or legibly print your name, age, address and phone number on a piece of paper, and include your written or videotaped acceptance speech you would give if you won an orange blimp. Please include a note from a parent or guardian along with his or her full name and phone number granting you permission to participate in the contest and attend the trip if you win. Mail to: J-14/Win a Trip to the Kids Choice Awards, P.O. Box 1665, Englewood Cliffs, NJ 07632. Entries must be received by January 14, 2008 and will be judged based on creativity by the editors of J-14. The contest is open to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding residents of Quebec). Employees of Bauer and any other entity associated with this contest are not eligible to enter or win. Limit one entry per person per envelope. All entries submitted, whether acceptable or not, will become the property of Sponsors, and will not be acknowledged or returned. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsors and their designees to use, modify, and publish entrant's entry, biographical information, and photographs, for trade, advertising, and/or promotional purposes (including, without limitation, in J-14 Magazine or www.J14.com) worldwide and in perpetuity, without any additional approval or compensation. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, illegible and/or postage-due entries. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any entries they deem to be obscene or otherwise not in good taste, as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded as follows: one winner will be awarded a trip for him or herself and a parent or legal to the Kids Choice Awards in Los Angeles, CA. If necessary, the winner will be awarded round-trip transportation and hotel accommodations. Estimated retail value $3,500. Prizes won by eligible minors will be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian. All federal, state, and local taxes, and any other expenses not explicitly stated herein, are the sole responsibility of each winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Bauer Publishing, their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, and all other entities associated with this contest from and against any and all claims, actions, and/or injury resulting from possession or use of a prize, and/or participation in this contest
