OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF CANADA AGED 13 YEARS AND OLDER ONLY
1. HOW TO ENTER: Beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") on July 9, 2007 through 11:59:59 p.m. EST on December 31, 2007 ("Contest Period"), log on to www.kdworldtour.ca, click on the "KD Rocks Your World" contest icon and follow the on-screen instructions to enter an Access Code. If you receive a winning message after you enter your Access Code, you are a potential winner of the prize indicated, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, including the requirement of correctly answering a mathematical, skill-testing question (see section 3 for full details). Follow the on-screen instructions to claim your prize. Limit one (1) online entry per email address per day, regardless of method of obtaining access code. Each Access Code is only valid for one entry. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means will be void.
2. HOW TO OBTAIN AN ACCESS CODE: A twelve character alpha-numeric Access Code can be found on every Official Game Card. There are two ways to obtain an Official Game Card: inside specially-marked 12 x 225g packs of Kraft Dinner Original Macaroni and Cheese available in participating stores. One (1) Official Game Card can be found inside each specially-marked multi-package, or, ii). To receive an Official Game Card by mail, without making a purchase, write an approximately 100 word essay on 'what would be your ultimate concert experience and why' and send along with a self-addressed, postage-paid #10 envelope to: KD Rocks Your World Contest, AMOE Request, P.O. Box 369, St.John, NB, E2L 4L9. Mail-in requests must be received by December 15, 2007. Limit one request per stamped envelope, mailed separately. One Official Game Card will be mailed in response to each request, while supplies last. The essay will not be judged, but must be an original work and must be handwritten, no photocopies, reproductions or facsimiles of contest materials allowed. Released Parties (as defined in section 5) are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or postage-due mail. All requests become the property of the Sponsor (as defined in this agreement) and will not be returned.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, who are 13 years or older as of July 9, 2007, except for; employees of Kraft Canada, Inc. ("Sponsor"), The Marketing Store ("Judges"), Live Nation, MTV and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or those living in the same households of each. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All potential winners will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question as part of prize claim procedure, without any assistance of any kind, whether mechanical, electronic or otherwise, before he/she can be declared a winner of any prize. If the potential winner cannot be notified or is ineligible, the potential winner may be disqualified or forfeit his or her prize.
4. PRIZES/MAXIMUM RETAIL VALUES (MRVs)/ODDS OF WINNING: Two (2) Grand Prizes each consisting of two (2) trips as described below for the winner and a guest to be taken within one year from prize claim date (i.e. the date on which the winning message was served online):

• Trip 1. A trip for two to attend a concert of the winner's choice anywhere in the world (see restrictions below) and
• Trip 2. A trip for two to attend a concert of the winner's choice anywhere in the US or Canada (see restrictions below).

For each of the above trips the winner will be able to select concerts from a list provided by Live Nation. Each of the above trips will be custom-made for the winner and a guest to include airport transfers, roundtrip economy class air travel for 2 from major international gateway airport nearest to winner's residence to the destination city, 2 concert tickets at the selected event and hotel accommodations (double occupancy). Each Grand Prize also includes a total of $1,000 CND in spending money (to cover both trips). The maximum retail value of each Grand Prize will be $15,000 CND. The exact prize details will be agreed with the winner accordingly. Restrictions apply to the choice of concerts and destinations in order to remain within the prize MRV. Winners and guests will be required to possess all required travel documents including, without limitation, visas, valid passports and are responsible for obtaining at their sole expense, all desired health, medical, hospital, travel or other insurance.
The odds of winning depend on number of online game plays received.
Total MRV of all prizes: $30,000 CND. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per email address, person, or household. The prizes are only as detailed above. No substitutions or transfers of prizes by winners permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion. All travel arrangements/accommodations at discretion of Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and/or use of prizes not specified herein as being awarded. Grand Prize travel is subject to availability of selected concert and additional restrictions detailed above and must be completed within one year from prize claim date or prize may be forfeited. Winner and his/her guest must travel on the same itineraries or prize may be forfeited. If winner is under the age of majority in the province of residence, winner must be accompanied on trip by his or her parent or legal guardian who will be his/her guest. Age restrictions may apply and will be enforced by the Sponsor for attendance at certain concerts. The Sponsor will not be held responsible for concert content or for possible cancellations. Grand Prize travel, concert tickets, accommodations, and arrangements are subject to availability and are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Actual Grand Prize value will not surpass a maximum of $15,000 CND and will depend upon concert and venue selected point of departure and arrival, airfare fluctuations, travel dates, accommodation and number of nights selected. Potential winners (and their parents/legal guardians if winners are minors) will be required to execute and return a Declaration and Release along with their Official Game Card within fourteen (14) days of date of attempted delivery or prize will be forfeited. Winners' guests must execute a Release of Liability prior to ticketing. Use of registered mail, return receipt requested, is recommended. Keep a copy of the Official Game Card for your records.
