TO ENTER: No Purchase Necessary. From 9:00 AM (ET) on August 13, 2007 through to 6:00 PM (ET) on September 01, 2007 (the “Sweepstakes Period”) residents of Canada can enter the sweepstakes. There are two (2) ways to enter:
Log onto www.lasenza.com select the “Nanny Diaries” sweepstakes icon, complete the online entry form with full name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number including area code, email address (if applicable), and click the “submit” icon and you will be entered automatically once into the sweepstakes. All online entries must be received on or before 6:00 PM (ET) on September 01, 2007 (the “Sweepstakes Closing Date”).

Visit any participating LaSenza locations in Canada and complete the official ballot by printing entrant’s name, complete mailing address, daytime telephone number including area code, and place into the Nanny Diaries Sweepstakes Ballot Box at participating La Senza locations across Canada. All ballot entries must be received on or before the Sweepstakes Closing Date.
Limit one (1) entry per person or household address will be accepted during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of the method of entry.
Prizes: There will be six (6) Prizes available to be won. Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won consisting of a trip for two (2) adults, over the age of majority, to New York City, NY, including return economy airfare for two (2) adults from the international airport nearest the winners residence, and two (2) nights hotel accommodation in a standard room based on double occupancy at a moderate hotel selected by the Sponsor. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $2,000.00 CDN based on a Toronto departure. Actual retail value may vary depending on the city of departure. Travel must be completed by March 31, 2008. The winner and his/her travel guest must each have valid travel documents, including a valid passport, prior to ticketing and be legally able to travel to the United States. The winner and his/her travel guest must be Canadian residents to qualify for the prize. The winner and his/her travel guest must travel on the same itinerary and are responsible for ground transfers to and from the winner’s and/or traveling guest’s residences and designated airport. All departure taxes (at the time of booking), transfers, meals, insurance, items of personal nature and all other costs and expenses not specifically stated as included herein are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her travel guest. Reservations will be accepted based on space availability, and must be booked a minimum of 30 days prior to the departure date. Blackout periods may apply. No frequent flyer miles will be available for this trip. In the event that the winner does not use any portion of the Grand Prize, there will be no extension, transfer, substitution or any kind of compensation provided. Second Prizes: There will be five (5) Second Prizes available to be won each consisting of a $250.00 gift card from La Senza. Approximate retail value of each Second Prize is $250.00 CDN. Prizes must be accepted as awarded without substitution and are not transferable, not for resale and have no cash surrender value. Motion Picture Distribution (The “Sponsor”) reserves the right, in the event that a prize or any component of a prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute another prize or component of a prize of equal or greater value, without liability.

DRAWING: A random draw will be held on September 13, 2007 at 10:00 am (ET) in Mississauga, ON from among all eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Closing Date. Odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Closing Date. The selected entrants will be contacted by mail or telephone within 10 business days of the draw date.

ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, a person must be a resident of Canada, who has reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which he/she resides and who is not an employee of the Sponsor, their affiliated companies or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest organization or a member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related to the employee or not). In these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner or spouse.

GENERAL: By entering the sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of the independent contest organization with respect to all aspects of the contest, which are final.

To be declared a winner, each selected entrant must answer correctly, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question. The selected entrant will also be required to sign a Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Official Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded, without substitution, and releasing the Sponsor, its affiliated and related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, the independent contest organization and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any liability in connection with the prize or this sweepstakes. The Declaration and Release Form must be returned within the time period specified on the Declaration and Release Form or the prize will be forfeited. The prize will be delivered to the winner by the Sponsor within 30 days of the draw.

The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from the contest or any prize associated with this contest. By entering and accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and province) and/or photograph without further remuneration, in connection with any publicity carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsors with respect to this sweepstakes.

The Sponsor and the independent contest organization will not be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete or destroyed entries and all such entries are void. The Sponsor and the independent contest organization do not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error, printing errors, lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any telephone or computer lines or networks, computer equipment, software or any combination thereof. Entry material/data that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event it is determined that an entrant has entered in a fashion not sanctioned by these rules and/or has submitted more than the number of entries permitted by these rules, the entrant will be disqualified and all of the entries submitted by the entrant will be disqualified.

The Sponsor reserves the right, with the consent of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the “Régie”) in the Province of Québec, to terminate or amend this Sweepstakes at any time and in any way, without prior notice. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the sweepstakes is not capable of running as originally planned, such as tampering or infection by computer virus, the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the contest and conduct the draw from all previously received eligible entries received by the Sweepstakes Closing Date. The Sponsor and the independent contest organization shall not be held responsible for any problems, errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the contest including but not limited, to any damage to an entrant’s computer equipment, system, software or any combination thereof, as a result of the entrant’s participation in this contest.
