1. There will be 1 (One) Grand prize awarded in total for the “Win an iPod Nano and a copy of the new Cheetah Girls album TCG” contest. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $325.00. The grand prize includes 1 (One) iPod Nano and the new Cheetah Girls CD “TCG”.

1. The winning entry for the grand prize will be drawn from all eligible entries on or about November 12, 2007, at the head office of La Senza Corporation in Montréal, Quebec.

1. By entering the contest, entrants agree to abide by the contest rules and the decision of the independent contest organizers with respect to all aspects of the contest, which are final.

1. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received by the closing date of November 10, 2007.

1. The winner will be notified by telephone on or after November 12, 2007 and must claim his / her prize no later than November 30, 2007. In the event that: (i) a selected winner does not comply with these contest rules and regulations; (ii) a selected winner cannot be contacted within 3 business days of the draw, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
