The contest starts at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on Thursday, December 27, 2007 and continues until Friday, February 29, 2008 at 11:59 PM (ET), the Contest Closing Date. Maximum (1) entry per person and/or email address per day.

How to Enter:

1. No purchase necessary. There are two (2) ways of entering this contest.
2. Visit the Lean Cuisine Perfect Fit Contest ("The Contest") website at www.leancuisine.ca and click on "Enter Now" to access the electronic entry form and complete all of the mandatory fields. Upon completion click "Submit Entry" and you will automatically be entered into the Grand Prize contest.
3. You may also enter by mail. Enter by handwriting, on a blank piece of 8.5" x 11" paper your full name (First and Last Name), address, city, province and postal code to LEAN CUISINE The Perfect Fit Contest, 72 Fraser Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M6K 3J7, postmarked no later than Thursday, February 29, 2008 at 11:59 PM (ET) and you will be automatically entered in The Grand Prize Contest.
4. To be eligible for the Secondary Prizes, you must first complete all on-line entry fields for the Grand Prize entry plus, enter your 200 word or less success story for a chance to win one (1) of twenty (20) LEAN Cuisine Perfect Fit cash prizes.
5. You may also enter for the Secondary Prizes by mail, with your Grand Prize entry, by including your 200 word or less success story.
6. Maximum (1) entry per person per day.

Grand Prize:

GRAND PRIZE PACKAGE

1. There is One (1) Grand Prize Package available to be won. The Grand Prize Package consists of: One (1) round trip economy airfare for Two (2) adults from the Canadian International Airport closest to the declared winner's place of residence to Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.; • Three (3) nights standard accommodation based on double occupancy at a Los Angeles hotel of the Sponsor's choosing in their sole discretion; • Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00 CDN) in spending money; and • A one day escorted shopping spree in Los Angeles with David Clemmer from Style by Jury and Elissa Lansdell from CMT Dedicated.
2. Total approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $6,000.00 CDN. Prize is non-transferable, cannot be substituted, may not be sold, combined with any other offer or redeemed for cash.
3. There will be one (1) Grand Prize draw from across Canada. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
4. All incremental costs in using or claiming the Grand Prize not outlined in this prize description are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Any costs or expenses associated with the Grand Prize trip such as transportation to and from the airport, meals, long distance calls and other incidentals are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner.
5. Grand Prize must be accepted as described in these rules and cannot be transferred to another person, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part, for cash, subject to the provisions set forth elsewhere in these rules.

Secondary Prizes:

1. The Secondary Prizes consist of twenty (20) LEAN CUISINE Perfect Fit cash prizes in the amount of $250.00 CDN. Limit one (1) Prize per person / email address. A total of twenty (20) Secondary Prizes will be randomly awarded from all success stories received during the contest period.
2. Total approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize: $250.00 CAD. Prize is non-transferable, cannot be substituted, may not be sold, combined with any other offer or redeemed for cash.
3. There will be twenty (20) Secondary Prize draws from all eligible entries. The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
