Lego Bionicle Battle for Power-March 25, 2008

HOW TO ENTER
Starting Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at approximately 12 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ending on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at approximately 11:59:59 a.m. ET (the "Contest Period") viewers can enter YTV and LEGO® BIONICLE® "Battle for Power" Contest (the "Contest") by visiting www.YTV.com and fully completing the online BIONICLE entry quiz.?After completing the quiz entrants will be required to select a team, from the options provided, and select their age from the options provided.

Entrants under the age of 13 will be redirected to a form that will require their email address and their parent and/or legal guardians email address. A message will be sent to the parent and/or legal guardian to inform them that the child wants to enter the YTV/ LEGO "BIONICLE Battle for Power" Contest. The parent and/or guardian can then choose to either enter the child OR not enter the child at the provided link.

All entries must include the entrant's full name, age, email address, mailing address and phone number with area code. Limit of One (1) entry per person per day. Only one e-mail address and account may be used by any person to enter the Contest.

A fully completed and submitted online entry form by the parent/ legal guardian (if the entrant is under the age of Thirteen (13)) will constitute One (1) Contest entry.

Entrants above the age of 13 will be provided with an online entry form which they must fill out and submit. All entries must include the entrant's full name, age, email address, mailing address and phone number with area code. Limit of One (1) entry per person per day. Only one e-mail address and account may be used by any person to enter the Contest.

Entrants above the age of 13 and under the age of majority in their province of residence must also have a parent or legal guardian consent to their participation. Proof of identification and parental consent must be provided upon request. The contact information collected by YTV Canada Inc. and LEGO Canada Inc. ("Sponsor") with your entry will only be used to award the contest prizes. The Sponsors will not use this personal information for any other reason. Nor will the Sponsors disclose this personal information to any other party.

A fully completed and submitted online entry form will constitute One (1) Contest entry.

If it is discovered in the ordinary course of running the Contest that an entrant has attempted to enter more than One (1) time per day, that entrant may, at the discretion of the Sponsors (defined below), be disqualified from the Contest. Should it be discovered that an entrant is using the aid of computer/software programs to auto-fill entries, that entrant will be immediately disqualified from the Contest. The Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify all such entrants from future contests conducted by the Sponsors without further notice.

Week #3: Opens Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. ET and closes on Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at 11:59:59 a.m. ET
Week #4: Opens Tuesday, March 4, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. ET and closes on Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at 11:59:59 a.m. ET
Week #5: Opens Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. ET and closes on Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 11:59:59 a.m. ET
Week #6: Opens Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 12:00 p.m. ET and closes on Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 11:59:59 a.m. ET

Each Weekly Prize Package consists of:
One (1) BIONICLE Radiak figure and One (1) BIONICLE Antroz figure; or
One (1) BIONICLE Gavia figure and One (1) BIONICLE Vamprah figure; or
One (1) BIONICLE Kirop figure and One (1) BIONICLE Chirox figure; or
