There are two parts to this Contest, as follows: (1) a Grand Prize for a family of four for a 6 night/7 day trip to Europe; and (2) 500 Instant Win Prizes consisting of a Lindt Gold Bunny 150g Collectable Gift Tin.

Grand Prize. For a chance to win the Grand Prize, visit www.lindtgoldbunny.ca and correctly answer the daily word/picture clue (which will be updated daily) regarding the location of the Lindt Gold Bunny. Once you have correctly answered the question, complete the online contest entry form, including entering your full name (first and last name), complete mailing address, telephone number and email address, and click “Submit” and you will be automatically entered into the draw for the Grand Prize.

Instant Win Prize. For a chance to win an Instant Win Prize, locate the floating Gold Bunny on the same contest website (www.lindtgoldbunny.ca) and click on the icon. After clicking, it will either say “You Win” or “Play Again”. If it says “You Win”, your entry is a potential instant winner and you will be notified on the website how to claim your prize. To claim your Instant Win Prize, you will need to provide the requested information, and also correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. Entrants are only eligible to win one (1) Instant Win Prize during the Contest. If an entrant is selected more than once for an Instant Win Prize, he/she will be disqualified from the Contest and an alternate person will be selected. If the icon says “Play Again”, you do not win an Instant Win Prize this time. No communication will be entered into except with entrants selected to win a prize.

Limit of one (1) entry into both the Grand Prize and Instant Win components per person per day.

2. Eligibility. To be eligible to win a prize, you must be an individual resident in Canada and have reached the age of majority in the province/territory in which you reside, subject to the following: employees, representatives and agents of Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada), Inc. 3. Contest Period. The Contest commences 12:01AM Eastern Time (ET) on Saturday March 1, 2008 and closes 11:59PM (ET) Sunday March 23, 2008.

4. Prizes.

Grand Prize. There is one (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be won, consisting of the following European Family Vacation Grand Prize: A six (6) night, seven (7) day trip for four (4) persons (2 Adults and 2 Children) to Europe to three (3) of the six destinations listed below (to be chosen by Grand Prize winner): Vienna, Paris, Rome, Munich, Zurich, Madrid. The Grand Prize includes round trip airfare (from the closest international airport to the Grand Prize winner) to one of the three destinations chosen by the Grand Prize winner, flights between each of the three (3) European destinations selected by the Grand Prize winner, and six (6) nights hotel accommodations (based on standard room accommodation, double occupancy) consisting of two (2) nights at each of the three (3) selected destinations. All flights are economy class. Sponsor determines the exact itinerary, including airline(s) and accommodation(s) that will be used. All other expenses not specifically specified herein, including but not limited to: ground transportation; meals; airport and other taxes; telephone, fax or cable charges; personal services and expenses such as laundry, valet, room service; gratuities; optional tours; insurance; medical travel documents; and other incidental costs, are the responsibility of the prize winner and his/her guests. The prize winner and his/her guests must have a valid passport and the right to travel internationally. The prize winner and his/her guests are responsible for all required medical and travel related necessities (including inoculations) and documentation. A valid major credit card must be presented upon check-in. The prize winner and his/her guests must travel together on the same itinerary. For any travel companion who is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must also sign a Consent and Release. Winner and guests must complete travel before March 31, 2009. Blackout dates including holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) and other restrictions may apply and prize is subject to space availability. The Sponsor will not be responsible if any factor beyond its reasonable control prevents the Grand Prize or any part of the Grand Prize from being fulfilled. In any such event, the winner will not be provided with a substitute or cash equivalent for the Grand Prize, or any such part of the Grand Prize. Sponsor makes no express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind with respect to safety, appearance or performance of any prize or prize activity offered. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $13,300 CAD based on Vancouver departure (the actual retail value may vary depending upon point of departure).
