1. PRIZES: There will be ten (10) prizes available to be won each consisting of a Nike+iPod prize package. Each prize package includes one (1) Nike + iPod Sport Kit, one (1) pair of Nike Air Max 90 Shoes, one (1) iPod nano (2GB) and one (1) Nike armband. Approximate retail value of each prize package is $436.00 (CDN). Colour and style of Nike+iPod prize package will be decided at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and may not be exactly as shown. Each prize package must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable or convertible to cash and not for resale. The Sponsor reserves the right, in the event that a prize package or a component of a prize package cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute a prize or component of a prize package of equal or greater value without liability. Limit of one (1) prize package per person.
2. DRAWS: Ten random draws will be held on July 6, 2007, beginning at 10am (ET) in Pickering, ON, from among all eligible online entries and mail-in entries received by the Contest Closing Date. Odds of being selected depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the Contest Closing Date. Each selected entrant will be contacted by mail or telephone within seven (7) days of the draw date. If a selected entrant can not be contacted within seven (7) days another selected entrant will be drawn until such a time that there are ten (10) prize winners or there are no more entrants to select.
