To enter the Women’s Heart Health Dash Sweepstakes, users can follow the on-screen instructions to submit a Heart Healthy Story (“Story”) or Tell Us About Your Heart Healthy Activities once per day. Each “Story” submitted by an individual user must be unique.
One (1) winner each week during the Promotion Period (defined below) will win a $100 (US dollars) Visa Gift Card, and one Grand Prize Winner will win a stay at Red Mountain Resort and Spa in St. George, UT
One Grand Prize Winner and 10 Runners Up will be posted on www.mrsdash.com after April 15, 2009.
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of one (1) of the fifty United States, District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the date of entry
WEEKLY DRAWINGS: The Promotional Period consists of eight (8) promotional weeks (the “Promotional Weeks”) beginning at the start of the Promotional Period on February 2, 2009, and every Friday thereafter during the Promotional Period. The last Promotional Week ends at 11:59:59pm CT on March 31, 2009. Entries are cumulative and will be rolled over from week to week for the Weekly Prize (defined below) drawings.

Grand Prize: One (1) Women’s Heart Health Dash Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner, subject to verification, will receive one (1) grand prize package (“Grand Prize”), consisting of one (1) three- (3) night/four (4) day package at Red Mountain Resort and Spa (“Resort”) in St. George, UT. Grand Prize package three- (3) night/four- (4) day accommodations (based on double occupancy) in a Luxury Villa at the Resort for winner and one (1) guest, on Sponsor-approved dates between May 1, 2009 and April 30, 2010, a $400 (US dollars) credit for each person to use for resort activities, a $1500 (US dollars) Gift Card in the Grand Prize Winner’s name to be used towards airfare between winner’s and guest’s residence and the St. George Municipal Airport in St. George, Utah, and car service to/from airport on each end of trip. Approximate retail value (“AVR”) of the Grand Prize: US $5,000/CAD $6,204.

Weekly Prizes: One (1) winner each Promotional Week will win a US$100 Visa Gift Card (“Weekly Prize”). Allow 3 – 4 weeks after Weekly Prize winner is verified by Sponsor for delivery of Weekly Prize. Total ARV of all Weekly Prizes: US $800/CAD $995.
