1. The “Much Does Wakestock” Contest (the “Contest”) commences at approximately 11:59 a.m. (ET) Wednesday, July 11th, 2007 and concludes at 11:59 a.m. (ET) Monday, August 6th, 2007 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is brought to you by 4358350 Canada Inc., DBA MuchMusic, a subsidiary of CHUM Limited (CHUM Limited and all of its subsidiaries and divisions are collectively referred to as “CHUM”) and is sponsored by Labatt Breweries of Canada (“Labatt”) (CHUM and Labatt are collectively referred to as the “Contest Sponsors”).

ELIGIBILITY

2. The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada who are 19 years of age or older as of the first day of the Contest Period, excluding all residents of the province of Quebec. All entrants must comply with the requirements in these Official Rules and Regulations to be eligible to win any prize in the Contest.

3. Notwithstanding the above, the Contest is not open to individuals associated with the Contest, including the employees, agents or representatives of the Contest Sponsors (including their respective divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising or promotional agencies), the provincial liquor authorities and suppliers providing prizes or other materials or services in connection with this Contest (collectively, the “Excluded Individuals”). This Contest is also not open to persons with whom the Excluded Individuals reside or members of their immediate family (defined as spouse, children, parents and children, regardless of where they reside), and previous winners of any CHUM Contest who have won a prize within the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the Contest Period. The provincial liquor authorities are not connected with this contest in any manner whatsoever and are not liable in any way whatsoever in regard to any matter which relates to this contest.

HOW TO ENTER

4. To enter for a chance to win the Grand Prize, visit the MuchMusic website at www.muchmusic.com and click on the Bud Light / Much Does Wakestock Contest link on the MuchMusic Contest Page (www.muchmusic.com/contest) . Enter your date of birth to confirm that you are 19 years of age or older and then choose your Destination and Adventure from the listed choices and proceed to click on the “Enter Now” button within the Contest microsite and follow the instructions. If you have registered for a CHUM username and password on a previous occasion, you may enter the Contest by completing the online entry, using your CHUM username and password. If you do not have a CHUM username and password, sign up for one by filling out the online entry form with your first name, last name, email address, daytime telephone number (including area code), and date of birth. Entries will not be eligible if sent by any method not specified above or if not received during the Contest Period.

4.1 No purchase is required to enter. Only one entry per CHUM username and password will be accepted during the Contest Period. Odds of winning will be dependent on the number of eligible entries received prior to end of the Contest Period.

GRAND PRIZE

5. There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won from all eligible entries received.

The Grand Prize is one (1) trip for one (1) winner and one (1) guest to the winner’s destination of choice to be chosen from the list of available choices and as determined by the Contest Sponsors (either Hawaii, Australia, or the Caribbean) (the “Destination”) to have an ultimate adventure at the selected destination, as determined by the Contest Sponsors and selected by the winner from the list of available choices (either wakeboarding, surfing, or kiteboarding) and is more specifically described as follows: two (2) return economy air transportation for winner and his/her guest from the major Canadian international airport closest to the winner’s home to the major international airport at the winner’s Destination; five (5) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy, room and taxes only); $1000.00 CDN spending money; and ground transportation between the airport and the hotel at the destination. It is the winner's and his/her guest’s responsibility to provide for any additional expenses not included in the Grand Prize as described herein, including, but not limited to, travel insurance, health insurance, gratuities, taxis, return transportation between the winner's home and the major Canadian airport nearest his/her Canadian residence, ground transportation at the Destination etc. The winner and his/her guests must be in possession of a valid Canadian passport and proof of Canadian citizenship satisfactory to all immigration and airline officials. The actual retail value of the Grand Prize depends upon the departure point of the winner and his/her guest (solely as an example, if the city of departure were Toronto, ON, Canada and the Destination were Sydney, Australia the approximate retail value of the Grand Prize would be $17,500.00 Cdn). The winner and his/her guest must depart from and return to the same gateway and travel on the same itinerary. The winner and his/her guest must be able to travel at the times and dates to be determined by the Contest Sponsors (subject to change by the Contest Sponsors) or forfeit the Grand Prize in its entirety. The Contest Sponsors are not responsible for any delays or cancellations relating to the Grand Prize that may occur prior to or during the Grand Prize trip. Winner’s travel companion must also be 19 years of age or older and otherwise eligible under these rules. The prize must be fulfilled within 12 months from the end of the Contest Period as determined by the Contest Sponsors or forfeit the Grand Prize in its entirety.

The Contest Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to substitute any component of a prize for its cash value or a prize of approximately the same retail value. Prizes are non-transferable, must be accepted as awarded by CHUM and cannot be exchanged by a winner for cash or other substitutes.

Winner agrees to indemnify the Contest Sponsors from any claim relating to any damage he or she causes, and agrees to immediately reimburse the Contest Sponsors for any costs it incurs as a result of any damage caused by the Winner.

DRAW:

6. In or around five (5) days after the Contest Period, one (1) entrant will be randomly selected from all eligible entrants as the potential Grand Prize winner.

7. In order to be declared a winner by the Contest Judges, a potential winner must be in compliance with these Official Rules and, in particular, the following:

a. A CHUM employee must reach the potential winner by telephone within three (3) business days of the date on which the potential winner's entry was selected.

b. The potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, and within a set timeframe, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by a CHUM employee by telephone.

8. The potential winner must complete, sign and return a declaration and release prepared by CHUM within ten (10) business days from the date on which the form is sent to the potential winner (“Release Documentation”). The selected winner, by signing the Release Documentation, releases and indemnifies the Releasees (as defined in Rule 20 below), under the terms and conditions of the Release Documentation, from any liability in connection with the prize or the Contest. If the Release Documentation, which will include a consent, waiver and release is not returned within the specified time period, the prize will be forfeited. Winner’s guest must also sign Release Documentation and return same within the time period required in the Release Documentation.

9. The winner consents to the Contest Sponsors’ use of his/her name, city of residence, photograph, voice, statements and image for any publicity or programming purposes, in all media, without remuneration, throughout the world in perpetuity.

10. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of the party submitting an electronic entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the holder of the e-mail account.

11. If a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, the Contest Judges shall disqualify such entrant from the Contest and randomly select further entrants from the remaining eligible entries until a winner is finally declared.

12. Entrants will not be individually contacted, except for selected winners, who will be contacted by telephone. Winners will be listed on the Winner Wire page on MuchMusic.com.

GENERAL




a. Multiple users for one CHUM account – a CHUM username and password shall only be used by the “Authorized Account Holder” of the email address associated with the username and password and by no other person. Should CHUM discover that more than one person is using a CHUM username and password, it reserves the right to ban and/or disqualify both the account holder and user(s) of the account from entering this and future CHUM Contest. In the event of a dispute as to who submitted an entry, the entry will be declared made by the “Authorized Account Holder”, defined as the individual to whom an email address is assigned by the organization that is responsible for the domain.
b. One user with multiple CHUM Accounts – each user is permitted to have only one authorized CHUM account with one username and password. Users found to have more than one authorized CHUM account will be automatically disqualified from the Contest.
c. Use of automated equipment – the use of any automated equipment to participate in this Contest is prohibited.
