CONTEST PERIOD: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Contest shall run from September 10, 2007 to November 11, 2007, inclusive (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received or post-marked (in the case of mail-in entries) no later than 11:59 p.m. (EST) on November 11, 2007, after which time the Contest will be closed and no further entries shall be accepted.
3. CONTEST PARTICIPATION:
By entering this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Contest Rules. In order to enter the Contest, and qualify for a chance to win the Grand Prizes you may enter in either of the following ways:
(a) By logging on to the website www.foodtv.ca, clicking the Contest banner and completing and submitting the entry form in its entirety; or
(b) By mail-in entry to Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting Inc., 121 Bloor St. East, 13th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M4W 3M5, Attn: Mushrooms Canada T-Fal Multi-Grill Giveaway Contest, such entry to include your name, daytime phone number, address and age at the time of entry.
Only one qualifying (1) mail-in entry per household address and one (1) qualifying entry per e-mail address per 24-hour period will be accepted during the Contest Period. Limit of one mail-in entry per outer envelope.

4. GRAND PRIZE: Fifteen (15) Grand Prizes are available to be won, each of which consists of one (1) T-Fal Multi Grill Storeaway ( a full size, interchangeable grill and griddle).
The approximate retail value of each of the Grand Prizes is $129.99
5. RANDOM DRAWS AND ODDS: The random draws for the Grand Prizes from the eligible entries received will be held in Toronto, Ontario on or about December 3, 2007. The random draws will be carried out by AABI.
Within 48 hours from the time of the draw, the selected entrants for the Grand Prizes may be notified either by: (a) an initial telephone call during regular business hours (EST) at the home telephone number or mobile number recorded at the time of entry; or bi) an e-mail at the e-mail address provided at the time of entry. If any selected entrant cannot be reached within 48 hours from the time of initial contact, an alternative entry may be selected until such time as a selected entrant satisfies the terms of this section.
Once contacted, a selected entrant must, in order to be declared eligible to receive the Grand Prize:
(a) comply with all Contest rules;
(b) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill testing question (which will be administered at a pre-arranged time with the selected entrant) without the assistance of another person or mechanical device; and
(c) sign AABI’s standard declaration of compliance with the Contest rules, release and consent to publicity form (the “Consent”), which shall serve as the selected entrant’s agreement to release and indemnify Sponsors and their respective parent(s), subsidiaries, affiliates and/or related companies and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies from any liability in connection with the Contest and/or the prizes. If AABI does not receive a signed Consent back from the selected entrant within five (5) days from the delivery of the Consent to the entrant, then such entrant shall forego any right or entitlement to a Grand Prize and AABI may draw another entrant’s name.
The odds of being selected in the random draw depend on the number of eligible entries received. A qualifying entry and/or entrant may only win once.
6. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open to all residents of Canada, excluding residents of Quebec, who are the age of majority or older within the province in which they reside (at the time of entry). The employees of Sponsors and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, advisors, assignees, agents, licensees, representatives, advertising, media buying and promotional agencies and members of their respective immediate families or persons with whom any of the foregoing is domiciled are not eligible to enter this Contest.
7. COMPLETE SET OF RULES: For an additional set of these Contest rules and/or the Grand Prize winner’s name, send a written request by self-addressed, stamped envelope (ensure that sufficient postage is included) to Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting Inc., 121 Bloor Street East, 13th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M4W 3M5, Attention: Mushrooms Canada T-Fal Multi-Grill Giveaway or visit http://www.foodtv.ca/contests/MushroomsCanada or attend in person at the offices of Alliance Atlantis Broadcasting Inc. at 121 Bloor Street East, Suite 200, Toronto, Ontario, between 9:00 a.m. (EST) and 5:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday (except holidays).
8. GENERAL RULES:
(a) Sponsors shall not be responsible for or bear any liability for: (i) late-received, lost, unintelligible/illegible, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (ii) entries which fail to comply with these Contest rules; and (iii) any failure of the Food Network Canada website during the Contest Period, including any problems or technical malfunction of any computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading any material in the Contest, all of which may affect an entrant’s ability to participate in the Contest. Sponsors reserve the right to designate one another sole or partial administrator(s) of the Contest, and for those purposes shall be referred to as “Sponsor” or “Sponsors” as well.
