By participating in this sweepstakes, all contestants recognize that the rules of this contest are binding. All entries become the property of NCIX.com.
This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual from the contest, and to ban that individual from any future promotion of Sponsor, if Sponsor finds or believes such individual to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the contest or where applicable, the contest website; to be acting in violation of the contest rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass Sponsor, Sponsor's agencies, other entrants or any other person. FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS ONLY Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
Prize claimant must be a resident of Canada. To be eligible to claim a prize, a person must be a resident of Canada who has reached the age of majority in the province in which he/she resides. In the event a person under the age of majority wins, they are permitted to transfer the PRIZE to their parent or legal guardian, who will then be the eligible entrant.
All winners must reply to a prize announcement e-mail message, and they will receive a prize claim form, which must be faxed back to us. All winners must answer a skill testing question.
Employees of, members of the immediate family of, or those domiciled with an employee of NCIX.com/Netlink Computer Inc. and affiliated or related companies (collectively "Contest Sponsor"), employees who are providing services in any way to the NCIX.com/Netlink Computer Inc. are not eligible for this sweepstakes. "Immediate family" is defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse.
Prizes that weigh 20lbs or less will be shipped by NCIX.com free of charge, using the carrier and method at our discretion.
For prizes that weigh more than 20lbs, it will be the responsibility of the prize winner to arrange for shipping and delivery of the prize. Arrangements can be made with NCIX.com to package and ship prizes for a shipping and handling fee, or you can arrange to use your own carrier to transport the prize. Please contact us for details.
Prizes NOT claimed in 30 days from the last attempted contact with the prize winner, will be redrawn to another contestant, or reclaimed by NCIX.com for alternative promotional purpose.
