1. TO ENTER, visit www.nestle-bowlblitz.ca and fully complete the online contest entry form which includes; Full name (first and last name), complete mailing address, telephone number email address and participating UPC Code. Once complete click "Submit" and you will be automatically entered into the contest. Limit one (1) entry per person / email address and UPC code per day for the duration of the contest period.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY mail-in entry. On a blank piece of paper legibly print or type your Full name (first name, last name), complete address (including postal code), daytime telephone number (including area code), contest name and email address (if applicable) and mail it to the following address: Nestlé NFL Promotion P.O. Box 172 STN. A, Etobicoke, Ontario M9C 4V2. Limit one (1) no purchase necessary mail in entry per household per day. Mail-in entries postmarked no later than Monday February 11, 2008 and be received no later than Thursday February 14, 2008 will be automatically included in both the Grand Prize Draw as well as the Weekly Secondary Prize Draws remaining on the date of receipt. All mail in entries received after Thursday February 14, 2008 will be ineligible.
3. To be eligible to win a Prize in the "Nestlé NFL Promotion" you must be a resident of Canada and have reached the age of majority in the province/territory in which you reside on or before the Contest Closing Date. Submissions through groups and/or charities will not be accepted.
4. The Sweepstakes commences on or around 12:00AM Eastern Time (ET) on Monday October 8, 2007. To be eligible for the Grand Prize Draw, on-line entries must be received by 11:59PM (ET) Friday February 15, 2008. An independent judging organization will conduct one (1) random Grand Prize draw at approximately 10:00AM ET, on Friday February 22, 2008 in Mississauga ON and a series of nineteen (19) random weekly draws (selecting 5 potential winners per week) commencing Friday October 12, 2007 and concluding on Friday February 15, 2008.
5. The odds of being selected depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the Grand Prize Draw and at the time of each of the Secondary Prize draws.
6. There is one (1) Grand Prize (the ‚Grand Prize‛) available to be won. The Grand Prize will consist of the following: four (4) nights, five (5) days trip for two (2) to the 2009 Super Bowl in Florida, including round trip economy airfare, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), airport transfers, two (2) tickets to the 2009 Super Bowl, two (2) tickets to an NFL party and two (2) tickets to an NFL tailgate. The Grand Prize also includes a four (4) nights, five (5) days trip for two (2) to the 2009 Pro Bowl in Hawaii, which includes round trip economy airfare, hotel accommodations (double occupancy), airport transfers and two (2) tickets to the 2009 Pro Bowl, two (2) tickets to an NFL party and two (2) tickets to an NFL tailgate. The Grand Prize winner will also receive $1,500.00 CAD spending money. All other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to: ground transportation; meals; airport taxes; telephone, fax or cable charges; personal services and expenses such as laundry, valet, room service; gratuities; optional tours; insurance; medical travel documents; and other incidental costs and any other costs not specifically stated herein as being included, are the responsibility of the prize winner and his/her guest. The prize winner and his/her guest must have a valid passport and the right to enter the United States of America. The prize winner and his/her guest are responsible for all required medical and travel related necessities (including inoculations) and documentation. A valid major credit card must be presented upon check-in. The prize winner and his/her guest must travel together. If the travel companion is a minor, his/her parent or legal guardian must also sign a Consent and Release. Winner and guest must travel on the trip dates specified by the NFL. The Super Bowl trip dates are January 29, 2009 to February 2, 2009. The Pro Bowl dates are February 5, 2009 to February 8, 2009. Due to the nature of the prize, no alternative travel dates are available. The NFL reserves the right to select airline(s) and accommodation(s) at its sole discretion. The NFL and its associates will not be responsible if event cancellations or other factors beyond their reasonable control prevent the Overall Grand Prize or any part of the Overall Grand Prize from being fulfilled. In any such event, the Overall Grand Prize winner will not be provided with a substitute or cash equivalent for the Overall Grand Prize, or any such part of the Overall Grand Prize. The NFL and its associates make no express or implied warranties or conditions of any kind with respect to safety, appearance or performance of any prize or prize activity offered. Approximate retail value of the Overall Grand Prize is $7,500 CDN plus applicable taxes based on Toronto departure (the actual retail value may vary depending upon point of departure).
7. There are up to a maximum of 100 Secondary Prizes to be awarded. Each Secondary Prize consists of one (1) Wilson Sports NFL replica football. Approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is $49.99 CAD plus applicable taxes.
8. Prize may vary depending on availability. All decisions regarding prizing are the sole discretion of the Contest Sponsor. All rulings regarding prize fulfillment are final and binding.
