There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won at the outset of the Contest. The Grand Prize consists of your choice of one (1): diamond necklace, diamond ring or diamond bracelet with a maximum retail value of $5,000.00 CDN including applicable taxes. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,000.00 CDN. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor (as defined herein), who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in cash or otherwise. Approximate retail value of each Secondary Prize is $50.00 CDN. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor (as defined herein), who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in cash or otherwise. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Any difference between the actual value of the prizes and approximated value of the prizes as stated in these Official Rules will not be awarded.

HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE: If you are drawn as a potential winner for a particular draw, an email or telephone notification will be sent to you within 24 hours after the draw is completed, or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter, to the email address or phone number you provided in the registration process, with instructions on how to claim the Prize. If you are a potential winner of any prize, you must retain and submit if requested by the Sponsor, your original UPC code for verification purposes (this applies to all methods of entry). Failure to submit the UPC code upon request may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

You might have to keep proof of your UPC for this contest. I don't really like when they do this but I guess it helps the sponsor sell more products in the end heh..
