1. ELIGIBILITY
   
   The NHL® Ticket Blitz Contest (the “Contest”) is open to all Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside as of the date of their participation in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Directors, officers and employees, family members and those persons with whom they are domiciled or are living under the same roof, of Sobeys Inc., ConAgra Foods Canada (“ConAgra”), the National Hockey League, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V. and NHL Interactive Cyber Enterprises, L.L.C. and the Member Clubs of the NHL (collectively, the “Contest Sponsors”), and their respective affiliated, associated and related companies, agents, advertising, promotional and judging organizations and agencies and/or representatives, are not eligible to enter into this Contest.

1. HOW TO ENTER
   
   NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To participate in the Contest, direct your Internet browser to the Contest microsite nhlticketblitz.ca to view the instructions on how to participate and enter the Contest.
2. Entrants must key in a UPC code from a participating ConAgra product (POGO, Chef Boyardee, Orville Redenbacher’s, PAM, VH, Manwich, EggBeaters). If the entrant does not have a UPC code, he/she may obtain one from the entry page on the contest site.

• Each entrant must provide the following contact information on the entry form: full name, age, home address, e-mail address and telephone number. If you do not have internet access via a personal computer, your local library or Internet café may be able to provide access to the Internet and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free e-mail accounts.
• There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address and per household (same home address), per day in the Contest. Only one (1) e-mail address may be used by any person to participate in the Contest. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the e-mail address in question.
• All entries become the property of ConAgra and will not be returned.

2. To be valid, all required fields on the entry form must be completed.

• To be eligible for the Grand Prize, an entry must be received between 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on October 1, 2007, and 11:59 p.m. (ET) on March 31, 2008 (the “Contest Period”), and The Contest microsite will remain active to receive entries until the end of the Contest Period.
• To be eligible for a given monthly Secondary Prize random draw (see Secondary Draw Dates and Entry Periods table below), entries must be received by 11:59:59 pm (ET) on the last day of each eligible month during the Contest Period. Those entries not selected in a monthly draw for a given Secondary Prize remain eligible for selection in all subsequent Secondary Prize draws, as well as the Grand Prize draw. There is a limit of one (1) Secondary Prize per person, per e-mail address and per household during the Contest. However, Secondary Prize winning entries are eligible for selection as the potential Grand Prize winning entry.
• There are twenty-four (24) Secondary prizes to be won – six (6) per region as defined herein [West (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, Yukon Territories , Northwest Territories and Nunavut), Ontario, Quebec and Atlantic (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador)]. During each monthly draw, one (1) potential winner per region will be selected.

1. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES
   
   Grand Prize:
   
   There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won, consisting of a “NHL® Ticket Blitz” trip which includes:
   Four (4) tickets to a 2008 NHL® Stanley Cup Final Game (game and date to be determined by Contest Sponsors subject to availability) – Approximate retail value (ARV) of tickets: $900.00 CDN
   
   Trip for up to four (4) people [one (1) winner and three (3) traveling companions] to the designated Stanley Cup Final game city consisting of round-trip airfare (economy class, from closest major airport to residence of the winner) and three (3) nights hotel accommodation (double occupancy at a hotel to be determined by ConAgra), $1,000 (CAD) spending money – ARV: $6,000 CDN (cost based on flight to/from St. John’s, NF, Canada and Anaheim, CA, U.S.A.). Actual value will be based upon location of NHL® Stanley Cup Final Game and winner’s residence.
   
   All other expenses, and more specifically but not restrictively all means of transportation other than by airplane, all meals and refreshments, airport tax, passport, personal and incidental expenses, travel and medical insurance, tips and gratuities, and all proper travel documentation are the responsibility of the winner and his/her traveling companions. No compensation or alternative prize will be offered if trip is cancelled for failure to obtain proper travel documents.
   
   The odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
   
   NOTE: Certain travel restrictions apply. Travel must be taken prior to the end of the 2008 NHL® Stanley Cup Finals (tentatively end of May/early June 2008) and is subject to availability. All travelers must depart from and return to the same major airport closest to the winner’s home. A valid credit card (or cash deposit, as set out by the hotel) will be required at hotel check-in. The Grand Prize package is for the winning person and up to three (3) traveling companions. If the winner (and/or his/her traveling companions) are unable to travel at the date and time determined, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from the remaining eligible entries, and no compensation or alternative prize will be offered or provided. All prizes have no cash value and must be accepted as awarded and their respective affiliated, associated and related companies, agents, advertising, promotional and judging organizations and agencies and/or representatives are released from any obligation and liability related to such prize.
   
   Maximum Total Value of Grand Prize is: $10,000.00 CDN.

   Two (2) tickets to a 2007/08 NHL® Regular Season NHL® game of the winner’s choice (subject to availability, some restrictions will apply – ARV of tickets: $300 CDN.
   
   Trip for up to two (2) people to the designated Regular Season game city consisting of round-trip airfare (economy class, from closest major airport to residence) and one (1) night hotel accommodation (double occupancy, hotel to be determined by ConAgra) – ARV: $516 CDN (cost based on flight to/from Edmonton, AB. and Vancouver, BC.) Actual value will be based upon location of NHL® Regular Season Game and winner’s residence.
   
   All other expenses, and more specifically but not restrictively all means of transportation other than by airplane, all meals and refreshments, airport tax, passport, personal and incidental expenses, travel and medical insurance, tips and gratuities, and all proper travel documentation are the responsibility of the winner and his/her traveling companions.
