How to enter: Complete all required fields on the web application between April 7th, and May 13th, 2008 (contest dates) and the properly identified entrant will automatically be entered in the contest draw. Limit one entry per household. Any prize won will be awarded solely to the individual whose name appears on the entry. All individuals, age 18 or older, residents of Ontario, who have a valid Union Gas Account Number during the contest dates are eligible to enter, except employees of Union Gas Limited, the participating retailers and their employees (if applicable), advertising and promotional agencies of the sponsor, contest judges and persons domiciled with any of the above. No purchase necessary.

Grand Prize(s): Napoleon® Natural Gas Grill & Installation:
One (1) prize will be awarded at a total retail value of approximately $1,800 CDN. The winner will receive a Napoleon® Natural Gas Grill (Model PT450RBI) unit (value over $1,500 CDN) plus the cost of installation up to $300 CDN. The winner is required to coordinate their own installation and submit proof of purchase to Union Gas to be reimbursed the amount plus all applicable taxes up to $300 CDN.
2. Draw dates: Final random draw(s) will take place within 3 weeks of the close of the contest at 777 Bay Street, Suite 2801, PO Box 153, Toronto Ontario M5G 2C8 from amongst entries received. The select entrant(s) will be contacted by telephone between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. between Monday and Friday and will be required to correctly answer, unaided, without any mechanical assistance, a time limited mathematical skill testing question in order to claim the prize. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within (7) days of the draw or fails to correctly answer the skill testing question, or is not eligible to win, or does not comply with these contest rules, that entrant will be disqualified and another entrant will be randomly drawn.
3. Chance of winning: The chances of winning depend on the number of ballots entered at the uniongas.com/grills website midnight on May 13th, 2008.
4. General Rules
a. By entering this contest, you acknowledge having read these rules and agree to be bound by them and the decisions of the contest officials.
b. The prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions or transfers will be made.
c. There will be one (1) entry per household and they must have a Union Gas Account Number as of May 13th, 2008.
d. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant will be required to sign a standard Declaration & Liability Release and Publicity Release Form confirming understanding, acceptance and compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as offered, and acknowledge the non-responsibility of Union Gas, its affiliates or dealers, its respective agents and representatives with respect to injuries, accidents, loss or misfortune related to the conduct of the contest, awarding of the prize or the use or enjoyment of the awarded prize. This Release Form also acknowledging the rights of Union Gas, Napoleon® and its agents to publish and broadcast the winner’s picture, name, city, voice and statements for publicity purposes, without further compensation other than the value of the prize offered. All release forms must be returned to Union Gas within ten (10) days of the date of receipt by the selected entrant to claim the prize.
e. This contest is subject to all Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws. Decisions of the judging panel are final with respect to all aspects of the contest.
f. Union Gas Limited may terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
g. All entries become property of Union Gas Limited.
