Prizes: There is one (1) Prize available to be won in each of the following five (5) regions:

(1) Ontario
(2) Quebec
(3) New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia and Newfoundland
(4) Manitoba and Saskatchewan
(5) British Columbia, Alberta, Yukon, North West Territories and Nunavat.

Each prize includes one trip for two (2) to the Toronto International Film Festival (“TIFF”). Trip includes: round trip economy air transportation for two (2) from a major Canadian airport closest to the Prize Winner's place of residence in Canada (hereinafter referred to as the "Departure Point") to Toronto, ON; ground transfer from airport to hotel; three (3) nights standard accommodation (based on one room, double occupancy) at the Le Royal Meridien King Edward Hotel at 37 King Street East in Toronto; two (2) tickets to attend the TIFF Opening Night Gala and Film on Thursday, September 6, 2007; two (2) tickets to attend one TIFF movie screening on both Friday, September 7, 2007 and Saturday, September 8, 2007; and $500.00 CDN spending money (the “Prize”). Total approximate retail value of each Prize is $5000.00 CDN. Actual retail value may vary depending on winner’s Departure Point and fluctuations in airfare.
