2008 Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID IN RHODE ISLAND; QUEBEC, CANADA AND WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Entry. To enter the Mother's Day Tea Party and Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") visit www.pogo.com website, log-in to your Pogo.com™ or Club Pogo™ account and play Hearts (the "Game") as directed between 12:00AM PST on May 7, 2008 and 11:59PM PST on May 7, 2008 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). To create a free Pogo.com account, go to www.pogo.com and follow the instructions to create an account. Participants may play as many times as they wish during the Sweepstakes Period. Each time you load the Game you are automatically entered for a chance to win. No other methods of entry will be accepted. You may be entered multiple times but are only eligible to win one prize. Completed entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. PST on May 7, 2008. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, or misdirected entries. Use of a false email account will disqualify an entry. Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, misdirected entries, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, lost, late, illegible, misdirected, garbled, damaged or delayed electronic or other communications or other technical problems related to website entries. The use of scripts or any automated system to enter is strictly prohibited. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the web site, or who otherwise violates these rules. By entering, entrants accept and agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and Conditions.

2. Eligibility. This Sweepstakes is only open to residents of the 50 United States (except Rhode Island), the District of Columbia, and Canada (except Quebec) who are 13 years of age or older at time Sweepstakes begins and who had Internet access as of May 1, 2008. Residents of Rhode Island and Quebec, Canada are not eligible. Employees of Electronic Arts Inc. ("Sponsor"), iVillage, AOL, Inc. and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, representatives, advertising, promotion and publicity agencies and the immediate families of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Prizes; Winner Selection and Notification. There are Fifteen (15) Prizes.

Grand Prize Package: One (1) Winner will receive one (1) Green Tea Spa Gift Basket. The basket will include green tea and mint body lotion, shower gel and bath salts, vanilla scented candle, natural loofah pad and green tea sachets in a 10-inch woven basket with lid; approximate retail value ("ARV"): $49.99 USD. One (1) $200 cash certificate; ARV: $200.00 USD, and one (1) Mahjong Garden Deluxe game for the PC; ARV: $19.99 USD. The entire Grand Prize Package ARV: $269.98 USD.

First Prizes: Fourteen (14) winners will each receive one (1) Word Riot game for the PC; ARV: $19.99 USD.
