Visit Reader’s Digest Canada web site located at www.rd.ca/magicfoods and type your name, address, telephone number, Email address, and your answer to the mathematical skill-testing question: Multiply 117 x 2, divide by 6, add 143, subtract 37, add 81 on the entry form located on this web site. The contest commences on November 28, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. (EST) and closes on January 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. (EST).
2. Only one entry per person, per email address, per household will be accepted for this contest period. All entries must be emailed no later than 11:59 P.M. EST, January 31, 2008, THE CONTEST CLOSING DATE. Web site tracking determines date and time of entry. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER.

3. A total of one Hundred (100) Prizes will be awarded in a random computer generated selection to be held by Tilwood Direct Marketing Inc., an independent judging organization, on February 7, 2008 from all entries received. One Hundred (100) winners will be randomly selected to qualify to win one (1) copy of the Reader’s Digest book “Magic Foods for Better Blood Sugar,” with an approximate retail value of $49.95 (Can.) each.
4. This contest is open to all Canadian residents who have reached the age of majority according to the law of the province or territory in which they reside, except for employees of The Reader’s Digest Association (Canada) ULC, Roche Diagnostics Ltd. (the “Sponsor”), their agents or representatives, or any distributor or company involved in any phase of contest administration and persons with whom they are domiciled.
