2. To enter the contest, simply visit the Reitmans contest page web site (www.reitmans.com), if you are not a member yet, join the Reitmans online web community.

3. The contest begins on November 4th, 2007 at 12:01 am, eastern time, and ends on November 24th, 2007 at 11h59pm, eastern time.

4. Limit of one entry per person. The odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received.

5. One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize consists of (1) one week trip for two in Paris. Including: round-trip flight, 7 night stay, 3-star hotel, scenic cruise and $250 of spending money (Total value of $4,000)


CONDITIONS :

1. No substitution or transfer of the Prize will be allowed.

2. Prize cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner shall be liable for all taxes, shipping, handling and delivery fees that may apply.

3. The contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in the province in which they reside, except employees of Reitmans (Canada) Ltd. stores, its directors, officers, employees, affiliated and associated companies, agents, advertising and promotional agencies and members of their respective immediate families living in the same household. Void where otherwise prohibited by law.

4. All entries become the property of Reitmans (Canada) Ltd. The random prize draw will be conducted by Reitmans (Canada) Ltd. on November 29th, 2007. The winner will be notified by mail, email and/or telephone by November 30th, 2007 and their name will appear on the website once the winner has been notified and for no less than 30 days.


5. The prize will be valid for travel dates between December 1st, 2007 and November 30th, 2008. Subject to availability of the hotelier and airline carrier in economy class on Air Transat.

6. The package (a) cannot be booked for departures in holiday periods of 5 days before and after holiday dates (ex : Easter, Labour day, etc.) and (b) will be subject to hotelier availability even during holiday periods ;

7. Bookings will be subject to airline carrier availability in economy class and travel departures and return will need to be at the same Canadian international airport city (will be chosen by the winner and Gendron Travel);

8. The winner will need to contact the Gendron Travel to proceed to the booking at least 2 weeks prior to departure (we recommend at least 45 days prior to departure), again only valid upon space availability of the airline carrier and hotelier.

9. No other fees will be covered or included in the prize (such as taxi fares, food, phone calls etc.).

10. The winner must comply with these rules and correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question on www.reitmans.com when they enter the contest. Once the winner will have satisfied these rules, the Prize will be sent directly to the winner.

11. The prize must be claimed within 3 months of the drawing. Should the winner not claim the Prize, not comply with the rules or incorrectly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, an alternate winner will be selected, by random drawing, conducted by Reitmans (Canada) Ltd.
